1) We have already published our financial statement for 3 years at our official website - adgex.io
2) Our website prepared especially for ICO six month ago. You can view all company documentation at our website - adgex.io
3) The company originates in Russia, but because of trouble with goverment bureaucracy and corruption we decided to move company in Australia where we've got state support and recived inclusion in goverment programs.
4) Tokenholder will be able to change tokens in to company shares within Australian law or sell tokens after growth.

You are right. Even a 25% discount can not cover this difference.
If you make a big discount then later investors will be in a very bad position relative to the initial ones and will be afraid for the price of the token when listing.
