It is completely understandable and it makes good business sense. The brand is worthless right now and a liability to owl.games and cyber bv. I doubt they see much action these days anyways. Therefore, it's more profitable for them to cut Sandbox.io off and focus on scamming people through owl.games via their shit token.
Owl games has already shared their standing on this issue. Though I'm not sure what is true or false, there's no point of bringing owl games without having any concrete proof on the hand. Don't think I'm vouching for them because I'm wearing their signature. I would still say the same if I were in any other campaign.

Is this sufficient proof?

WARNING: SandBoxCasino.io has Ceased operations after scamming me!

Crazy to see that all it took was me winning $127,000 to force this scam casino to disappear. I still blame OwlGames because prior to my win, they proudly listed their parent company (Cyber Galaxy B.V.) as owning both casinos. Both casinos also listed the same owner on their license pages. Conveniently all references to Cyber Galaxy B.V. disappeared when I complained about being scammed out of $127,000!

Sandbox should resolved this properly and provide proof that sammy cheated instead of not honoring his win just because he use same IP with other banned user.

@Eternad

Casino.Guru repeatedly asked SandBoxCasino to provide the game log because they vaguely made an accusation of suspiciously winning multiple jackpots.

Immediately after I tried to withdraw my winnings, Sandboxcasino said they had reached out to game provider to verify wins.

Sandboxcasino has this far refused to provide CasinoGuru with the game logs. All sandboxcasino has done is reply with vague responses to deny paying me a legitimate win.

@FrankBank

I’m going to say this until I’m blue in the face: I only have one account at your casino and I’m not associated with any other customer at your casino.

It’s painfully obvious that you’re doing damage control by finally responding to this thread with bizarre statements. I’m happy to see the other BitcoinTalk forum members are calling you out on each ridiculous  statement. Every response to you’ve made On Casino.guru, LCB.org and BitcoinTalk forum are contradictory.

Stop trying to play the victim here. The only victim here is me!

Simply look at my play compared to any other account and I’m sure you’ll see I’m a max betting user that has nothing in common with any of these other users you’re trying to associate me with as an excuse to deny my legitimate win.

Your response of “get to the bottom of it” by 13 other users submitting their KYC makes no sense.

Stop with all the theatrics and smoke/mirrors responses. I won this fair and square my risking a shitload of money by playing thousands of dollars in max bets.  Pay me!

Sandboxcasino.io sure has been busy scrubbing their entire website to remove any reference to being owned by “Cyber Galaxy B.V.” which happens to be the same company that owns Owl.Games.

@FrankBank - you missed a reference in your terms of service. I’m confident you’ll correct this soon so you can continue scamming legitimate players out of their winnings.

Good thing you already removed a link to your license validation from your website!

I think your best bet now is trying to recover the $5k BUSD that Derek Wynn dude mistakenly sent to you. Since the SandboxCasino backtracked on the VPN clause and is willing to risk its reputation, I'm sure most gamblers won't touch SandboxCasino without ten foot pole. Who wants to play at a casino site that backtracked on their rules like that? Sure, some raise a point where you seem too lucky to win a slot game on a row just like that but then, you're just some random dude, they risk losing more than you.

This was pointed out before by many users but I guess he is not interested on doing it or he is too busy about complaining here even though the casino representative is very silent about his issue. I agree that this extra 5000 BUSD should be claimed since it’s just stuck on that same address in different blockchain.

Maybe this user already claimed it already and don’t want to brought it up here.

@Eternad
I have addressed this question here on my July 6th post, but you may have missed it.  That’s not an option because Coinbase is a custodial wallet. I went back and forth with “Derek Wynn” at SandBoxCasino.io who provided me with instructions on how to try and recover the $5k he accidentally sent to the wrong network wallet. The recovery involves using metamask, but requires the private key. Since Coinbase account is a custodial wallet, I do not have access to the private key. When I explained this, he resent the funds to the correct wallet.

All I want is the 5.8 BTC that I won fair and square!

Detailed explanation about private keys for custodial wallets: https://bitpay.com/blog/non-custodial-wallets-vs-custodial-wallets/amp/

Have you tried asking Coinbase for help with this matter? Yes, Coinbase is the one holding your pvt key, not you. But then I hear Coinbase is pretty flexible over the matter of wrong address/contract address and related about pvt key. They even allow you to import your own pvt key to Coinbase wallet after all.
So I can advise you that you should at least try asking Coinbase to see if you can get back that $5,000 first and foremost before wasting your time complaining about SandboxCasino here which I don't think they really care.

I have tried, but coinbase is absolutely of no help since it's a custodial wallet.  I have posted my story for everyone to see in the Scam Forum: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/resolved-5407736

Bitcoin makes the world go 🔃
Why not just to do what they're asking and get it over with? I see it as the same thing as Stake would do, seems like its common nowadays for crypto casinos to ask for it. Especially if you use trading platform as you have mentioned, then your ID is already compromised and out there.

Base on the reply above by the reps of the casino. Sammy need to provide KYC together with all the other accounts linked with him to prove that they are not connected. This is impossible to accomplish because you don’t have any contacts and definitely no idea who is the owner of those account since all of them is none KYC user. Even the casino itself has no way to do it so how come a user can possibly do it without anything that will lead to this users.

In case they might contact it, It might use against him to prove that they are really connected to each other because the chance that these account become active and KYC at the same time while there’s an ongoing case is almost zero.

Its been stated that it would really be just temporary.
Temporarily due to some internal infrastructure change

Have you able to get your winnings? If not then post up some scam accusations with strong
evidence and proofs that you do have against this casino.

He has made every effort but still has not been paid and the admin account has gained negative trust on unresolved accusations
Shutdown temporararily is a casino reason to erase traces in some cases when the site enters the shutdown mode sometimes they never come back
But let's think positively here let's just say they are really back next month.
If thats the case on which this casino or platform does have pending accusations and been negatively tagged then we cant really avoid or safe to presume that they are
already having that exit scam behavior? Unless if they did really stick into their words and coming back but now that you had mentioned about their current reputation
then i do already have doubts that they would be coming back but lets see.  Cheesy

Haven't been paid on the amount of $127,000 is not something that you can just take it easily.

$127,000 is huge amount and that can't be take easily by anyone and its huge risk for the whales because they xan possibly do this to them and take there huge deposited amount. If they not solve this issue then its good to avoid since there's nothing good we can get for that case. Now since this issue has been raised for sure people are aware and curious to know the development if this case.
Really hard to believe on if there's no solid proofs about the accusation yet owner/admin did really make out some response.
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.60721769

It is attached or pertains to multi accounting and using up VPN which it would really be normal that a platform will really be making out those actions
when it regards to violations. So its really hard on whom to believe on which everything cant really be seen clearly.

I've seen your thread before and it's sad to see that they still haven't paid you yet. Your allegations make sense to me and I think your situation drive SandBoxCasino.io into "temporary closure". They converted your winnings into BTC before they cleared out your balance and it is from 2 months ago which prices are relatively high compared to our current price. If they did a comeback, There's a chance that they will pay your winnings but I think it will be on BTC which value is less than the value of your actual winnings. Smart way of taking advantage on customers.

4. The system has many factors for duplicates and we want to welcome to test it, as per our terms and conditions we want to welcome Sammy1 to submit full KYC and we shall push KYC forms as well on all other duplicates associated to his account (over 13 accounts) and get to the bottom of it. To make this go even easier and faster, we will provide an incentive to all of those users for their completed KYC.

This is bullshit ultimatum because providing 13 accounts to KYC even if they aren’t connected is very hard to do because we are all talking about casino KYC here and not government requirements. KYC is not the only solution to solve this case but rather prove that the user cheat on your software and not just by connecting him to other user that commit fraud. Even if he is the same user but he won the money in fair way, Is that still cheating? You are using that argument to denied his payment and you are dodging to provide an evidence showing the user cheat on your games. This is the only way to prove your action for not paying him.

You should pay him if the only reason that you are using against him is the connection to other account.
Im not totally agreeing on OP but in general once a certain player had violated one of the site terms and conditions then they do have the rights on asking out for some verification or kyc.. If the user

caught out using up VPN and its against on site rules then there's nothing you can do but to abide on whats been asked before your locked funds would be released. It would really be just as

needing to comply or would just simply skip it because you dont like for those all of accounts to have KYC? Your choice actually!

Read a little deeper to know what’s really going on. Sandboxcasino allow VPN before and just remove it in the ToS after but @sammy read it and knew that it was allowed when he is playing in the casino. They are now using the VPN rules that newly added in there ToS to connect him to existing user that banned on the casino.

Sandbox should resolved this properly and provide proof that sammy cheated instead of not honoring his win just because he use same IP with other banned user.

This only means that they will not gonna pay you unless you manage to off the hook with connection that obviously sucks because it will not gonna happened. Judging by the way they handle this issue, I’m starting to believe that they don’t have any intention to settle this on your favor because they got you with your VPN connection. The only thing we can do for now is just to warning new member about this issue for future reference.

Those cashback offer on the bottom of the reply seems he is just joking around about your case and don’t expect something good will be come with that gesture. Sorry for your loss.
