I see that Mahrez has quite a chance to join the Saudi Professional League, personally he has reached the highest level in Europe having won the Champions League as well as several titles in the domestic league. Even though the contract is still active until 2025, if you get a suitable offer, Manchester City certainly won't mind letting him go, but with a note that Manchester City also don't lose Bernardo Silva.
Mahrez has helped Manchester City win several titles, so I don't believe that they will let Mahrez go with a suitable purchase unless Manchester City already have other players who have more potential to replace Mahrez.
It is possible that the Saudi club can take Mahrez at a high price because the Saudi club itself has substantial finances and can even compete with big clubs from Europe for this transfer season.
What is certain is that this decision is still on the side of Manchester City and Mahrez himself whether he wants to let go and move to the Saudi club.

Kante judging by his actions is a great and humble guy and in Saudi Arabia he will be comfortable, but Benzema is still a star of another level, the attention to him will be more and it will probably be harder for him to adapt than Kante.

I would not say that Kante is a tough player. He is not afraid to go into clashes with the opponents and as a great midfielder-supporting did a great job, it was almost impossible to go through Kante, but it seems in his career he has never seriously injured anyone, did not break his legs. He's a tough midfielder, but not violent and didn't intentionally break other players out of emotion or anger. And I think other players respected him for these qualities, feared him as a competitor, because Kante always gave his all on the field, but always within the rules.
It is even nice that such a player can earn good money now and please the fans with his game for another couple of years.

We must also admit that the quality of the Saudi league will probably grow a lot with the star players who have joined recently.
I think Benzema would adjust a lot better, Kante will adjust a lot harder because of exact the reasons you gave. Kante is a humble guy, in Saudi Arabian league he is a superstar. Which means that if we are talking about having an insane amount of attention to him due to being a superstar, he will not be happy about it, even at Chelsea when he got a lot of attention that just meant he wanted to stay out of flashlights and that's why it was a trouble for him.

At premier league there are many bigger stars than Kante so he was capable of doing it, here in SA he will be one of the biggest ever names in history of the league, probably behind only Ronaldo and Benzema. Benzema on the other hand is used to be being a star, and he will be star there too, so he will adjust easier.

I agree with you that at the club level, Mahrez has achieved everything. Recently, he won the UEFA Champions League for the first time with Manchester City. It appears that Guardiola prefers to play Bernardo Silva over Mahrez. The tactical mastermind seems to favor players who can be deployed anywhere on the field or versatile players like Silva, while Mahrez is more dominant when played as a right winger.

Considering Mahrez's age, nearing 33 years old, I believe it would be best for him to start a new chapter in the Saudi Arabian league if there are official offers coming his way. Sooner or later, it will become challenging for Mahrez to compete with younger players. Instead of being a backup for others, it would be wiser for him to accept a lucrative salary and enjoy full playing minutes by joining one of the Arab league teams.

Playing in saudi pro league will give less pressure to him. He will be able to enjoy his life to play together with his friend benzema in the same club. More player to come as al ittihad were also targeting some new player from serie a.
Kante has been taking the right decision for his career. He has been winning everything in his life. He won almost all of trophies even world cup. Kante is now trying to focus enjoy his life as he will be playing in arab. I hope he will be able to play very well in saudi pro league.
It's very interesting to see the match between al nassr and ittihad. The match between ronaldo and benzema. I can't wait for the upcoming season to come soon.
Saudi pro league will have so many new faces play in the league. It's very interesting to watch this league regularly as it's also very attractive after european league..
Less pressure and not really compete like European league made several star player accepted for joining Saudi Pro League teams, actually its not about huge pressure or not but depend on Saudi Pro League teams want to give more x10 bigger salary receiving in European teams. Karim Benzema get fantastic salary with Al Ittihad and reached almost 200 million euro each year depend with how much salary received with Real Madrid in one season under 24 million euro.

I think money is important thing why many star player leave playing with European teams although they has good qualities and can compete get regular position for one or two years later but keep priority retired from european competition by accepting Saudi Pro League teams offering.

Do you remember that it was Al-Hilal who didn't succeed in bringing Messi to the Arab League because Messi preferred to move closer to Club Inter Miami. And at that time Al-Hilal turned his hunt to one of the Man City players, namely Riyad Mahrez. So, I'm curious about the latest news on this one, but I haven't found any updates regarding Al-hilal's offer to bring in Riyad Mahrez. Has anyone read the news regarding news updates about Al-hilal and Riyad Mahrez?
There is no recent news regarding this player, and his contract at Manchester City runs until 2025, but rumors are circulating that he is also interested in joining the Saudi Pro Liga, and seeing how English clubs see an opportunity to sell players who are over 30 years old to the league At this time, it is very likely that soon there will be an update regarding Riyadh Mahrez to the Saudi Pro League.
Chelsea have already managed to sell a number of players here and maybe City will also have success doing the same.

Everything is possible regarding Mahrez. For now he has a contract until 2025 and Manchester City isn't under pressure and has to make a decision. They are closely scrutinizing the transfer market themselves and if they find an opportunity to sign a strong player on Mahrez' position, there will probably be news following very soon because then they could sell him without weakening the team. But as I said time is not against them for now. Mahrez' profile would be another one that fits the SPL activities very well.

Kante is only 32 years old and his health allows him to still play. He played 26 games in the 21/22 season and only 7 in 22/23, but the competition at Chelsea is clearly higher than in the Saudi League.

He has a contract until 2027, he can work hard and until 36-37 years old he can really play at the highest level. In addition, he seems to be a Muslim and should easily fit into Saudi society, and since he is a really modest guy and is not known for scandals or parties, everything should go smoothly for him.

Kante actually closed this season when he was injured, but he got over the injury quickly because he was a good professional and was able to return to the team before the end of the season and managed to become one of the best players in Chelsea in the last games. He's a really good professional and in prime time he managed to become one of the best midfielders in the world. The Arabian League will undoubtedly be an easy league for him. Also, everyone knows that he is a very likeable person and agrees that he is a devoted professional. In my opinion, he is the best transfer that Arab teams have made.

After Ronaldo, many European players joined the Saudi League at the end of their careers. Since the Saudi leagues have started taking European players into their leagues for money, I think we will see many young players join the Saudi leagues for money. If many famous stars can join their league then the popularity of their league will increase a lot as the popularity of the league will increase and their league will be respected by various European leagues. Now maybe many players are being offered from Saudi League but most of the players are rejecting those offers one of the reasons is that the Saudi League has not come much into the spotlight yet. But if every year like this they can get players from European clubs then their league will be at a better level.
As time passes on the young players will start moving to SPL because other players will start moving over to Saudi and the league will become competitive and interesting that FIFA will be left with no option than to support them. Arabs feels that it is football that is the next that they need to make their country popular and in business with the world. The fact is that these Arabs are very rich and knows how to entice the players with huge offer that is tempting.
Maybe the goal of the Arab League is to bring star players to play in the Saudi Arabian league with the mission of making the Saudi Arab League famous and competitive. I salute Saudi Arabia, which is a rich country but progress is very fast worldwide.
Saudi clubs are inviting good players one after another for this consequence Al Nasr club has expressed interest in taking Griezmann to their club. After French stars Karim Benzema and N'Golo Kante, Griezmann is likely to join the Saudi league. If the deal goes through, Ronaldo's club Al Nasr could become more stronger  for next season, while the Saudi league will gain more international acclaim. If Griezmann leaves from Atletico Madrid, the team will definitely miss him because he managed to score 16 goals himself in his last season and his performance in events like the World Cup was excellent.

I'm thinking about Benzema and Kante both moving to Al Ittihad in Saudi Arabia and they are going to play there for the next season and wondering what's the point of hiring all these superstar players for Al Ittihad. They are spending too much money on these players when they don't actually need all these players. The main goal for a team like Al Ittihad is to win the AFC Cup and I think the money spent there's much more than what they need to reach this goal.
I think they are working on their marketing power and sponsor to attract more attention for the next season.

First, we are surprised by the record salary that Al Nassr offered to Ronaldo after the 2022 world cup Qatar. after this competition was over, other clubs competed to bring in other top Europeans. Al Ittihad, the winner of the 2022/2023 season competition title participated in enlivening to bring in newcomers from European leagues. unmitigated, to bring in Benzema, Al Ittihad was willing to spend money as well as a fantastic salary. of course, we wonder why Saudi clubs are suddenly competing to bring in European stars even though Ronaldo and Benzema are no longer young.

After investigating, it turns out that these clubs have been acquired by the PIF company under the auspices of Prince Mohammed bin Salman. which means, clubs such as Al Nassr, Al Ittihad, AlAhli and Al Hilal, are owned by one person, namely the Saudi prince with a project built together with the Saudi kingdom. scenario, they want to develop Saudi football more developed. plus, introducing the Saudi world from the football side.

I think their goal is not really to win the cup like the AFC. however, more than that, maybe we can only speculate and assume. in fact, Ronaldo was signed and at the same time became the ambassador for the 2030 world cup for Saudi Arabia. that means, their target is to host the 2030 world cup. plus, at the same time introducing Saudi to the world that they are ready to be open both in the field of business or whatever that seems to be their project. that's why, there are many famous players they bring in. one of them as I said above. plus, the Saudis are targeting the attention of the world's eyes on them through football.

by the way, this is my assumption and has nothing to do with actual facts. So what I'm saying from my perspective, is most likely wrong.
One fact that we've misunderstood about the extravagant signings by the Saudi Arabian clubs is that most people think they're spending more than enough to win the available trophies at their disposal and that is why they're not economically wise in making decisions for their respective clubs.
But one thing that most people are yet to understand is that they aren't spending these huge finances on there players because of the trophies they stand to win rather they're signing these high profiled players to get global attention and market their league to the world. And if they finally achieve their aim, their league will become one of the most talked-about and competitive league in the world

Any player at this age can't have good performance in any team because is 32 years old and he is old enough to even get retired at any time. Just like any player who gets old, he moved to the Arabian teams just to mean some money at the end of his career because a player at this age can't play for more than 2-3 years even in the Saudi Professional League.
Sure, it's better to enjoy their life when they have been achieving everything. That's the decision that has been taken by benzema and kante at this moment. They do know that if they can play and enjoy their life. Fewer pressures when they will be playing on arabian league compared with european league.
That's the best thing that they can do. Playing a few years will make kante and benzema become too old to play in the european league. They got very big amounts if money from playing there.
It's not any players will got such offer from arabian clubs. The arabian clubs will be only aiming to get popular players to push its popularity.
So many benefits playing in arabian club. I don't even know why people are always contracdicted with it. The fact that if footballers were playing football caused by they wanna get money from there.
It's the main aim to become a professional football.

You are right and after the World Cup which was held with hosts Qatar, the good developments for Saudi football have started until now even though before the World Cup Saudis had also made some developments but what began to appear significant was after the Qatar World Cup.
Football is a sport that has the most fans in all corners of the world and watching a team match with pride is an extraordinary pleasure and satisfaction.

It's the same with me who started liking the Saudi League when Ronaldo joined Club Al-Nassr FC.
Ronaldo brought big changes to the Saudi League because it was thanks to him that many people started to like the Saudi League.
Yes, I also think Ronaldo's transfer was great for the Saudi League and even also for Saudi Arabia in general. There is something called nation-branding and that Ronaldo move was great for Saudi Arabia. They are not only getting a football player, but they show their country to new markets and millions of people. Ronaldo's salary is extreme but he is still great at this age, I can't believe it. Maximum level a football player can reach ambition, perseverance, stability, professionalism, diligence. And many more uncountable reasons. And this man is still playing, as on the first day, without compromising anything. He is the possibly the first person young players should emulate. Deserves so much respect. Saudis have made a good move by acquiring him even that amount of money.
First was Ronaldo and then several other great and popular players also began to be taken by clubs from Saudi.
Even though Ronaldo was contracted with a very large salary, it didn't hurt Al-Nassr FC because he had succeeded in bringing the Saudi League to become more famous and his club became the talk of the town and was loved by Rolando's fans.
After all, Ronaldo also doesn't appear too bad at his current age, which is getting older, and he can still keep up with the games of other Al-Nassr young players.

Ronaldo is likely to be a prince without a crown as his arrival to the Saudi club has had a significant impact on Saudi football.
There was even one player who wanted to be like Ronaldo but he failed to do that. Cheesy

even though he is only 32 years old, Kante is suitable for being in the Arab League because he has found it difficult to compete with younger players in the Premier League. before having these two players (kante and benzema) al ittihad had already dominated the SPL, plus the presence of the two, surely al ittihad would become champions again in the next season, benzema and kante were an extraordinary combination. I can't wait to see how the former teammates (cristiano and benzema) fare in the SPL league.
I hope Kante will not have any more problems with his injury because if he has been injured for a long time he will be even more vulnerable but so far they have passed the medical which means Kante now looks fitter he will also have many minutes to play with Benzema who is the mainstay of striker Al Ittihad.

I think next season for Al Ittihad will not be that easy there are many other teams that are being built like Al Nassr who has Ronaldo and Ziyech and Al Hilal has Ruben Neves and Koulibaly as his defense, it is rumored again that Thomas Partey, an Arsenal player, is now still at Try negotiating with the Saudi team.

You are right, Kante and Benzema may not have obstacles to playing in the Saudi League except related to language/communication and of course they already have a translator, For Kante playing in the Saudi League it means playing in his own country this means he was used to and understood the rules there and then he can focus more on improving performance and avoiding injuries. Kante is a typical hard player so it is vulnerable to injury he was never afraid when F2F with opponents in any situation.

The Saudi Arabians are making the football environment uncomfortable for other leagues with the huge amount of money they offer to players, some other leagues in other country cannot compete with them. Right now attention is on them because of how they are attracting very experienced players (world class football players) to their league to play and finish their career there. Everyone knows that it is just in a matter of time and they will start to try to bring younger players to Saudia Arabia to play in the league. If they are able to successfully start attracting younger talented players who contribute to the competitiveness in there respective leagues, competition can reduce in other leagues and increase a lot in the Saudi Arabia league.
This is indeed inseparable from the role of the Arab kingdom which provides so much financial support for several teams in the Saudi league so that they can bring in star players. But this also has to be commensurate with what they have spent and if this investment is successful of course the Arabs will be more advanced in terms of tourism and entertainment.

We know that football is the most popular sport in the world and the arrival of a star player will certainly make everyone interested in watching their idol compete in the Saudi league. I think the Arabs are very smart on this matter and they will definitely target the Saudi league as one of the top leagues in the world in the next few years if they can consistently bring in other star players.
With the current state of things, and the market force, Saudi Arabia pro league are topping in this transfer window, they are now competing with all European clubs in the market, this is just the beginning of what they will become in the next five years, the European media houses are making wrong predictions on the league just to reduce investors moral, but the league are getting more investors now than before, everyone wants to invest in the league, because of the international audience they have gotten ever since Ronaldo joined the league.
Europe should better watch their back, Saudi Arabia is coming, the taxations and the environment are the key factors players consider for choosing the league over some clubs in Europ.
That's right, with regulations that are not so strict, of course European players will prefer to play in the Saudi league and that is one of the advantages they get. Currently there are 4 teams that receive financial support, namely Al-Nassr, Al-Hilal, Al-Ittihad, and Al-Ahli, therefore we see more and more of these star players joining the team.

Maybe this is just the beginning that the saudi league has made and in the next year it might be even crazier for the salary offers that are given to star players who want to join saudi league teams. I think it's true that Europe has to be careful this time and Europe's top leagues can't always be successful if they only rely on the history they've made.

Every player has times when he shines and times when he falters, but what matters is the ability to transmit back to form, which most players find challenging. N'Golo Kante's excellent tackling performance has faded long ago, and we may be seeing a new version of the Frenchman.  He's no longer consistent in games, which is one of the reasons he departed Chelsea, because a tough league like the Premier League expects the most outstanding performance from every player. Kante will fit perfectly in his new team, a new chapter for him and I hope he utilized his time smoothly.

Ngolo Kante is a dedicated professional. That's why he will still play football for 2-3 years at the top level. If he wanted to, he would have played easily in one of the strong teams in the Premier league, but he must have gone to Saudi Arabia and wanted a new adventure. He is one of the football players whose respect I admire for his football and his job.
