Club football is just like any other career option. It can't be compared to playing for the national team (where a certain amount of patriotism is involved). Lionel Messi is not under any compulsion to remain in PSG. The decision is entirely up to him. If he feels that the offer from Al Hilal is better for his career and future prospects, then he should move to that club and stop bothering about what others say about him.
