If Brda doesn't change it's dividends policy in 24h, it will be send to all of the slovenian newspapers posted above. Don't doubt for a second of this decision. Everything we warned about is happening, step by step. We have been trying to avoid irreversible steps, but we are out of patience.

If this story is published and the news call the attention of the police and he ends up being arrested, too bad. He had almost one month to stop stealing everything from shareholders. It would end anyway in the hands of the slovenian police.

Brda is going to pay for all the time lost because of his stubbornness and cheapness. He already lost his reputation and is gambling his freedom because of a few lindens that are an insignificant part of what he steals from us every month.

He is so cheap that even scammed his former partner that ended up dumping her shares for cents. He didn't even had the attention to offer her some cheap deal. Why waste money buying back ADS shares?, he could just scam everybody. He thought.

We warned Brda several times. He had plenty of chances to stop stealing from shareholders.

Now, hardly reversible things are in motion. Australia is far from Slovenia, but the Australian authorities will be able to do serious damage to him and, eventually, they will send the matter to the slovenian authorities.

There have been reluctance to go to the police because it will have drastic consequences. Once he is arrested and convicted, it will be the end of Brda's freedom. But he made this matter even more personal with his pathetic threats.

Beside introduced only in September 2015, that disclaimer is illegal. It's a clear incentive for scammers. TOS and disclaimers are irrelevant if they are illegal.

We already gave Brda an eternity of fame on the Internet, but now we are going to give him his 15m of global fame in Slovenia.

We made some calculations, since in order to go on with the complaint to the police we need to have sound numbers.

The IPO was for 1,200,000 shares at 1L with a total amount of shares of 3,000,000. He says he got 83% of 1,500,000L with the IPO, so 1,245,000L (https://www.onlinecapex.com/forums/author/17641?page=22), but let's make it 1,200,000L.

The SPO was for more 1,500,000 shares, but at 6L each (check https://www.onlinecapex.com/home/story/ADS/4030). Brda pocketed 9,000,000L.

Therefore, the total money earned by him with IPO+SPO is 10,200,000L; that is about 40,800 USDs. We'll change this number if proven wrong.

ADS ended with 17,500,000 shares because there was a stock split: each 1 share was converted into 5.

So, Brda says he paid in dividends 104.3% of the money he earned on the IPO and SPO? (see https://www.onlinecapex.com/home/story/SNUF/9162).

Well, the total amount of dividends paid is about 5,252,364L and he pocketed a big part of them. He is a scammer and a liar. Clearly, he didn't do the math and tossed out that number.

He didn't run, he was making millions more. He couldn't run, he would lose all those earnings. So, in the first months after the SPO, he paid honest dividends. But, then, slowly, he started to test his luck. Let's lower the dividends and see if something bad happens. Nothing happen? Let's stop paying according to the plan.

Great fraud. He stole 40,800 USDs plus about 3 years of dividends. He is so screwed.

Have no doubt, if Brda doesn't pay a serious dividend, all this mess is going to the hands of the slovenian police. And, if for any reason they don't act, it will go to the FBI. The FBI handles complaints about virtual currencies all the time. If necessary, they will take his websites and emit an international warrant against him.

One of the shareholders behind this account has a close family member that is a lawyer from a country of the European Union. He has backed our position from the start. He knows nothing about Slovenian Law, but as a member of the European Union, we are betting Slovenian Law is similar. The police will enlight us.

But let's try Brda's father first. Maybe he will put some sense on Brda's head. And we'll be giving one or two days more to Linden Labs to do something.

i may make a offer to buy him out if thats all hes got comming in (i have 50k comming in near daily) , what a joke, going by his ad boards (and he has over 500 on the business district) at 1000L$ upfront fee so thats at least 50k in upfront fees, then top ups as well of 1000L$ a top up, and he uses alts going around clicking them (i know this as i used to adverise there as did a few others i know all said the same as it was always a certain time during the day they got clicked, we also had onces 5 away from each other so could see the time scale) taking 100L$ off the amount each time.

Total of 761929 of Snuffles Seeds were sold in January 2016. Current Sunflower Seed price is 0.0228 L$ per seed or 2.28 L$ per 100 Sunflower Seeds.
= 15,980 L$ for the month based on sunflower sales yet pays just 500 (for the pasy 2+ years missed)
