We collected all the relevant information, including 9 personal pictures and business details, on the next scammer CEO from Capex to be exposed on a new thread and we are writing the post on him.

The CEO is Oleg Borodkin (Олег Бородкин), owner of the Second Life avatar Glaznah Gassner and CEO of Earn2life and Smartbots, both recently delisted from Capex, because of his basic violations of shareholders' rights.

Borodkin still can do the right thing and avoid what is imminent: a massive and irreversible campaign like this one on Andrej Brda. Brda will be haunted by his scamming deeds for the rest of his personal and professional life. Even his memory will be affected to posterity.

And Borodkin won't be the last scammer CEO to be exposed. If you are a CEO at Capex that has been scamming your shareholders, think twice: the next might be you.

We are still gathering information on the second Capex's scammer CEO that will be exposed on a new thread.

Brda changing stories and lying isn't surprising. As a professional scammer (I bet Second Life is his main source of income), lying is his way of living.

What is astonishing is how stupid are his lies [he says he is no scammer, because he didn't run away (he can't, ADS pays his bills), he still presents (faked) reports and he pays dividends (8 USDs, 4 of them returning back to him)] and his conviction that someone will believe him.

Brda wasted so much time writing about other scammers at Capex, that he will be happy to have company as a trashed CEO here at bitcointalk. Soon, there will be another thread about one more scammer.

Brda opened his own house for complete strangers to spend weekends there (since he published this on the Internet, it isn't private information).

You would say, that looks like something a nice person would do... But no, he wrote on a site (only members can read these details) that he doesn't feel comfortable leaving them alone at his house. Clearly, he doesn't trust them.

He doesn't do this out of love for his fellow human beings. As he wrote in the reviews of his guests, he just wants to go to their house too and save 100 bucks on two nights on a cheap hotel.

Brda is so cheap that he is willing to have people he doesn't trust living at his own home and then go to the home of other people he doesn't know, or still don't trust, just to save 100 bucks.

    Changing their TOS without informing the owners of their products
    Banning for violating things not in the TOS
    Banning for stating true facts about their business practices
    Generally discouraging Free Speech, you can't even say Boo in their chat without a warning.
    Spouting unsubstantiated copyright violations about their competition.
    Refusing to give refunds after banning you.

Please consider the alternative products out there, any of them are better than GoldHunt or FishHunt. Its not worth spending the Lindens on their products only to be told when where and how you will use them, or be Banned!"

"the gold hunt is always screwed up.  you put your time in and wait and then the coins don't pay.  i put my time in as instructed, i should be paid!!!!!!  it's a total rip off!!!!

and if you complain or even ask questions about it, they kick you out and ban you.

"A buggy system with lots of glitches. Just this morning, “server” problems (again, they started blaming Linden, then suddenly “it’s fixed” after reseting their server) caused an issue to required the coins to be individually reset by sim owners. In group they told hunters to contact the sim owner to reset the coins. My buddy logged in to 9 crude notes / IM’s from various people telling him to reset the coins. Most were very nastly about it and not one said Thank You. (...)".

"Communication is poor and often rude and completely unprofessional. When the system was down, God forbid someone ask about it. (...) Don’t ever complain about anything related to the game (...), of you’ll be booted and harassed. Don’t make an enemy out of a mod either as then they will spend the next several hours saying nasty things and references about you in chat. Yes, their mods with one notable exception (Warden), are truly the worst. (...)"

"Every hunter in the top 10 has an alt, most have several. Wili is often bragging about the number of group members, but take into account alternate AVIs and you’ll see the number is grossly inflated."

"I do not aprove him [Wili Clip/Brda] deleting accounts w funds in them, keeping the funds to himself, and then sending a NC to the LGH chat with the list of his victims, and nobody did anything about it.
Well is his game, but was never his funds. Those he has to return back asap! What a thief!"

Since it's already granted the enduring memory of Andrej Brda's deeds, now the goal is to warn his customers at Second Ads, Goldtokens and Kingdoms and Empires that they are dealing with a scammer.

The previous version, already posted in the OP of this thread (too bad, we had a copy), said ADS had 1,600,000 lindens (6374 UDS) of monthly revenue with only 157,000 lindens of expenses. Of course, the scammer changed it to match his scamming "dividends". Now, Andrej "soon jailed" Brda says ADS only has monthly revenue of 180,000 lindens and 105,000 lindens of expenses. How convenient.

When someone changes a value from 1,600,000 to 180,000 there are only three alternatives and all of them imply the conclusion that he is a liar: he was lying before, he is lying now or, probably, he was lying before and is also lying now. A change of values like that doesn't simple occur suddenly.

If he was lying before, he did that in order to trick shareholders to buy ADS shares. But this is a blatant fraud. As usual, Andrej "soon jailed" Brda shot himself in the feet and, by changing the profits on that huge scale, clearly shows he has been scamming shareholders also with fake data on profits.

In the past, he exaggerated profits in order to incentive shareholders to buy shares. Now, that he is willing to buy back the shares for cents and don't want to pay fair dividends, he is lying again, by clearly fake very low revenues and profits.

This is the scammer at his best. Lying and cooking results to better scam shareholders.

I think one will have to explain step by step (like if he wasn't very bright) in order to him to get it. He'll have to give Capex paypal address to Virwox.

There are several places that exchange bitcoin to paypal without registration and automatically. He just have to search their names for reviews in order to avoid encountering a professional colleague that will do to him what he did to all shareholders.

I wonder what excuse Brda is going to find now to "postpone" payment of the ridiculous and scamming amounts he is paying.

Brda just paid a dividend on ADS of 1,919.97 lindens, so he paid less than 4 bucks to the other shareholders (the other 4 went back to him again, since he has about 50% of the shares). At this pace of 48 bucks per year paid to shareholders, even if he only had to pay back what he stole at the IPO and SPO and even if we accepted his version of the amount he earned selling the shares (discounting previous dividends, he would have to return only 10,535 USD) he would take 219 years.

But, of course, he has to pay much more than that, since he sold more than half of his company and fair dividends are a right of other shareholders.

He is paying for his scam by our campaign. But he will pay way more.

And he has the nerve to say he doesn't have money at Capex to pay the full "dividend" (a miserable 16 bucks) of SNUF (https://www.onlinecapex.com/home/story/SNUF/9267)? 88% of the dividend went back to him. Even if this story of paypal was true, he can pay the dividend in two or three tranches, paying them with his own SNUF dividends.

But all these excuses and cooked profit reports only show what a criminal he is. If he thinks anyone will believe he only earned that he is jailed wrong.

The results depend on the Google we use. For instance, on google.nl, there are 5 results on the top 10 and one of ours is on first place. On google.ca, the first place is ours, but there are only 4 results on the top 10, etc. On Google.si, the slovenian, we only have this thread on the top 10, but that will change very soon.

And we are working on another Facebook page for Brda, with his name, with the compliments of the house. But it will take some time because of the phone verification system of Facebook.

Yes, sometimes, being a scammer might be a pain in the neck. Especially, when one makes things personal with stubborn people.



But we are not harassing Brda, we haven't said anything more to him. Just warning people about him, while we wait for the police to act.
