yes, your opinion is very good. indeed it is very difficult to eliminate fraudsters from the current ico project. in my opinion the scammer will always be in the newly emerging ico, because the fraudsters are looking for income from the job. maybe they get a lot of benefits from work like that. I totally agree with you if there are many people who tell and show scam projects. maybe in that way, will reduce the level of fraud that occurs.

Must be followed up because fraud is very detrimental to many people and must really be applied with criminal law.

there is no one to blame .. i can even argue that Scammers are the ones who drive the adoption
and a lot of people made money from these scams just by investing in it, without being envolved
if scammers dont make hype, there would be much less people in this space
everything is just how it should be

Campaigns who are turning into scams will really come out of nowhere no matter what year we're at, regardless if it's an ICO, STO, or IEO generation. We can no longer trust word of mouth from famous personalities too, John mcafee endorsed an ICO scam last 2018 which is now awaiting court decision. This is for sure that no one of us likes scammers and indeed they are a big trouble for honest investors. Moreover, the number of such fraudulent is also increasing with the passage of time. I think it is best to not go for the new coins and stick with bitcoin or good altcoins that have proved their capabilities and reliability. Scammers are not a problem of digital world only.

I think that most projects, however, did not fail because of bad faith, but simply because of incompetence: many people believed they could get rich, but they didn't realize how difficult it is to manage such a project.

We cannot actually clear those people off easily. There are lots of scammers here, we can recognize them by the steps they do and we can also eliminate them by reporting them into the administrator/manager. But in terms of wiping them out, I don't really think we can do that. I believe that they are to blame for making the community worst, they are taking advantage of other people just to earn money. That is not fair. We are here to earn and to support crypto but I think the only way we should do is be careful of every step we take. And we should not trust anyone. You should be alert because your money is involved.

I like your last line, "IEO provides a sense of security for investors". This is true, but scammers still take advantage of IEOs on exchanges without reputation, to scam gullible investors. We all just have to be very careful, don't get excited with IEO without doing proper due diligence to avoid regrets. Regulations can only reduce scammers but definitely can't eradicate them completely from crypto space.

Investors believe in IEO like Binance because it already has the legality and a real team. Different from the lively ico there is a good one and some are deceiving. They seemed to manipulate the team so that in case of fraud they were not sought. Altcoins will be hard to climb because of that, it is hard at minimalizing nowadays.
So investors now prefer the more secure IEO than the risk of fraud.

We should know what we are doing at the first place. We should double think if we find a project offering high returns in just short time of period. Scammers are so smart that they can sales talk many newbies.

It is not possible to completely weed out the scammers, due to the digital nature of the cryptocurrency. It is upto the investors to chose their projects wisely. A lot of suggestions have been put forward, but none of them have been 100% effective. Even now users get scammed by these criminals. The ICO sector is undergoing a slowdown, but the scams are not abating. The infamous PLUS token scam conned many tens of thousands this year and made off with close to $3 billion in funds.

Anonymity and freedom of transaction are advantages in blockchain and cryptocurrency technology.
