Really if there is anyway to erase scammers off crypto space it would have been better, 2019 would have bring better results for altcoins if not for scam projects everywhere scamming new investors, now scammers are scaring off new crypto investors wannabe since there is no trust or whatsoever and investors don't want to lose money either, whatever the next altcoin results is going to be will not be huge as many expected due to investors not trusting new altcoins anymore, no wonder why binance launchpads are selling out in seconds.

If crypto space is just like how binance managed IEO project in return for their own reputation altcoins will be skyrocketing right now because much more money will flow in, exchanges like binance is giving out trust investment that i really hope the entire altcoin space can do the same but its a shame scammers are robbing off the trust
People who getting scammed are to be blamed than anyone because they are giving chances for the scammers to make money by their ignorance while choosing a project, don't believe on ICOs as well their project can also turns into scam.

Scammers ruined the crypto market, ICO market's reputation. For continuous ICO Scam, last year most of the investors gave up from investing and now the potential ICO market almost-dead! So, scammers, Greedy people are to be blamed.

Its look like the current regulation is not enough against this successful scammers so better if the government will improve more the existing policies regarding the permit to operate of every project. We may also become more vigilant in selecting a project to avoid of become a victim of scam or we may try joining an IEO instead of ICO as they say that the new platform is proven safe for the investors.

The key to preventing scammers is regulation from the government because with regulations, scammers will get legal punishment. But due to the absence of clear regulations, IEO is indeed a good alternative because the exchanger will verify the developer team or the project being carried out
Not true, the Internet and electronic forms of money have facilitated the work of scammers, most of the money stolen around the world is in the form of electronic money and this is done by hackers stealing the information from their legitimate owners and then they use it to obtain money, does it sound familiar? Scammers in this market do the same and despite all the regulations most of the time hackers get away with their crimes in fiat, so what makes you think that regulations will stop scammers in this market.

It's a shame that the Binance you are applauding has also done the same. One of their last one which is Perlin were a spit in the face of the investors because the devs of the project did not even care to hire market makers to take care of its price.  Binance is a good exchange but I already know that sooner or later that bad projects will be listed on their IEOs and it just really happened.

I agree, scammers have greatly influenced investor confidence and this is very annoying. But it seems to me it will be difficult to exclude them from cryptocurrency.

You can find scammers anywhere in your life, currently we have no way to remove them so it is best to be wary. Try to get into the habit of digging in before investing in a project, if all of us are alert, the scammers will not get anyone and they will disappear.

Research is important before investing so that we are not fooled. Scammers may be blamed but scammers exist because there is no government regulation or clear rules regarding the sale of tokens. Even small exchangers sometimes don't see the project but just want to get a listing fee

You can't set standards on the other project and compared it with Binance. It is a monster exchange and very high popular, so obviously  they can really do a well success token sale plus they have a huge trader on their market unlike new projects that pursue ICO on some minor platform or own domain cannot really judge them with it since they are trying to survive their own project. Scammers are obviously the one to blame and its hard yo grasp them nowadays.

Most of scammers are left this market. If you want to get atleast some money for your startup, you need to invest and convince reputable exchange as Binance or Bittrex that you are worth it.

I don't think that the scammers are only to be blame for this type of activity. I think it is also good if we will blame the people who get scammed by these scammers for not doing their job to do some research first before trusting these kind of scammers. Scammers are now smarter because of this type of technology but it is not an excuse to get left behind, we should also improve our knowledge to avoid scam like this.
but as a rule, we gain knowledge only through experience. if a person has just entered the market and wants to make money in bounty campaigns, you cannot blame him for not understanding which project is a scammer and which one is good

Yes, the fraudsters have been, are and will always be. But the cryptocurrency industry will not get better from this fact. After all, reputation is spoiled. And the trust of the investors is lost. It may take many years to restore confidence.
Right, now it is indeed very difficult to restore cryptocurrency trust in the eyes of the public and in the eyes of investors, because it is all caused by the scammers who have deceived many investors, so it will take a lot of time to restore the cryptocurrency trust that has faded at this time, myself also annoyed by the actions of the scammers in cryptocurrency so far.
even the recent bakkt events have not been able to bring in investors to invest their funds in cryptocurrency. I think there are many investors who are disappointed because of the scammer's actions, even many who have lost capital, so they cannot reinvest. it takes time to restore confidence, so that the price of bitcoin can come back victorious

Scammers is the reason why many investors don't want to invest again in ICO , i hope there is a solution for the future about safety investment so we can't be afraid anymore to invest our money because of those scammers.

You can't deny that you can't erase scammers from this world. Good things always filled up by bad people and some people will just use that benefit to scam people same as real life where you can find scam and crimes everywhere. The only way to minimize it, is just be careful for whatever you found.

If crypto space is just like how binance managed IEO project in return for their own reputation altcoins will be skyrocketing right now because much more money will flow in, exchanges like binance is giving out trust investment that i really hope the entire altcoin space can do the same but its a shame scammers are robbing off the trust
Well, some projects don't have money to do that and most likely they start from zero and have enough stuff for Binance.

Cryptocurrency space always exists a lot of scammers, but we can't eliminate them all. If you are concerned that you invest in a Scam project, then you can invest in IEO projects on popular exchanges. This may limit your risk, but that does not mean that if you invest in IEO, you will be successful and profitable, so any type of investment is always risky.

You are correct but this scenario was to be expected, the market of cryptocurrencies is unregulated and it is designed to resist any attempt that governments could made to regulate this market, and somehow we expect that scammers are going to stay away from it when they can easily obtain millions of dollars without doing anything? It was simply not going to happen, besides even if you could eradicate the scammers somehow you will still have many newbie developers releasing their useless projects and creating a bad reputation for altcoins anyway.
