Well, I think the crypto space is still young thats why we are seeing a lot of malicious individuals and entities constantly tring to trick the system but am show sooner or later with imminent legislations in place the crypto space will be rid of this nefarious individuals and we will finally breathe a sound air ofr relief.
I think very soon some solution like regulation should be imposed in cryptocurrency market. This will definitely reduce scam projects to great extent. IEO with renowned exchanges has working well in this direction also. With ICO, there was more possibility to build scam projects and to trap investors into it.
Hope, 2020 will be scam free world.

when regulation comes to the market, it will be more difficult for scammers to go unnoticed. now special services have already learned to track criminals, but in the future, it will be even easier

everywhere! Those regulations you mention are the same regulations that are broken many times, by the same
people who created them.
Bitcoin didn`t scam anyone! It`s already regulated. I think crypto-currencies are regulated better then some

If if we could find out the face of the scammer, then we could be very easy to punish him, because the name of the scammer would clearly not reveal his real face, because he did a fraud for profit, and things like that are very bad, and very reasonable if we blame the scammers.
I strongly agree with this action, because scamers are very disturbing for all investors, I know scamers are indeed very difficult to ascertain, but at least there must be very strict and good rules in showing their authenticity identity or they must provide valuable guarantees to carry. Escrow is so trusted that the problem will definitely be solved. This is all just my opinion about scamers.

Overall it is not fair to steal the money from someone, but scammer does it without problems. The scammer is always looking for a new way for two-timing investors, to put it another way, they let investors very badly. It might well sound unbelievable, however, there are still some people, who trust them. These people like to repeat the same mistake. 
There is no way to defect scammers off the internet for good but i belief that once bitten is twice shy, i meant that even if a newbie mistakenly fall victim to scammers he or she will learn, scammers will end up making people more smarter and one day they will be out of business because scamming won't be a new thing anymore
But today's scammers are also getting smarter and using all means to be able to collect as much funds as possible and are not known by their investors (ie prospective victims). The target is indeed new investors who want to become rich in an instant. After the increase of the HYPE, scammers will take advantage of the HYPE for bringing the other people to the scam projects which prepared for trapping other honest but new investors. Business understanding and social media tricks help the scammers to handle every bad situation, the asked questions by the investors easily, unfortunately. Really if there is anyway to erase scammers off crypto space it would have been better, 2019 would have bring better results for altcoins if not for scam projects everywhere scamming new investors, now scammers are scaring off new crypto investors wannabe since there is no trust or whatsoever and investors don't want to lose money either, whatever the next altcoin results is going to be will not be huge as many expected due to investors not trusting new altcoins anymore, no wonder why binance launchpads are selling out in seconds.
If crypto space is just like how binance managed IEO project in return for their own reputation altcoins will be skyrocketing right now because much more money will flow in, exchanges like binance is giving out trust investment that i really hope the entire altcoin space can do the same but its a shame scammers are robbing off the trust

When there's no regulation there will always violators, and the ICO sphere is the easiest way to infiltrate, they feed investors greed for a new profitable project, let's admit it we all want to be a pioneer investor of start-up projects like what happens to early investors of Bitcoin, Ethereum and some other start-up project.
And this is where scammers begin, they create a project, that looks like the next big thing, they create a major hype on it until they get funded and that's the end of it, they are ready to vanish, with investors money.

You cannot stop those fools on what they do because they grow old with the scamming habit. If it was me I would have not taken anything from people illegally and feed my children with those dirty money I got from innocent investors. I will rather be contented on the little thing I get on the legal job I do than to steal some big amount of money from people.
Even though I earned a small amount of money, I'll be happy to spend it on anything without worrying for karma which will gonna happen sooner or later. that's the truth of our life is if you do bad, the result of your bad deed will be extremely bad that's because of the curse of the people where you stole your money and when you do some good deed the result is content and secure life.
But the fear of karma is no where to be found, it takes time before karma start dealing with bad people and they must have destroy lots of peoples life before karma bounce on them, bad people keeps doing bad because karma don't attack them instantly but i belief that no wrong doers will escape the wrath of karma Even though I earned a small amount of money, I'll be happy to spend it on anything without worrying for karma which will gonna happen sooner or later. that's the truth of our life is if you do bad, the result of your bad deed will be extremely bad that's because of the curse of the people where you stole your money and when you do some good deed the result is content and secure life.

Of course it's the desire of all those who have been caught in fraud. Track and catch the fraudsters, at least to get back what is valuable. But it is quite difficult, fraudsters are very clever in manipulating and hiding. Not much can be done other than fortifying yourself with a variety of knowledge so it is not easily trapped.So many project did their exit scam and vanished like magic, I wish we can somehow chase them back. Or do we just have to let karma get back at them?
And for the victims of those scams, unfortunately, you have learned the hard way, and at least you will know better next time.
These fraudsters make the crypto reputation decline and in my opinion, they pride themselves on deceptive work. They will someday experience the same because their deeds of many investors lose money.
