You cannot stop those fools on what they do because they grow old with the scamming habit. If it was me I would have not taken anything from people illegally and feed my children with those dirty money I got from innocent investors. I will rather be contented on the little thing I get on the legal job I do than to steal some big amount of money from people.

Even though I earned a small amount of money, I'll be happy to spend it on anything without worrying for karma which will gonna happen sooner or later. that's the truth of our life is if you do bad, the result of your bad deed will be extremely bad that's because of the curse of the people where you stole your money and when you do some good deed the result is content and secure life.

Scammers are those people that know the entire truth about a business and choose to go the wrong way either willingly or unwillingly.
This set of people are like the opposite side of a coin and there is little or nothing we can do about them, some of them even hire celebrities to promote their fake business.

I definitely see the point in where all that happened last 2017 somehow left a bad taste to some of the investors back then who wants to try/already are using crypto. IEO's on big exchanges like Binance are good and all since it provides liquidity and assurance to the investors but there can also be some backfires as it's expensive to get in. There's an evolved IEO that lets you buy top coins in the exchanges that are on a private-sales like price, but it's more of a gamble.

So many project did their exit scam and vanished like magic, I wish we can somehow chase them back. Or do we just have to let karma get back at them?

I agree, scammers are very much in the cryptocurrency ,
Scammers exist in every sphere of life and not only in cryptocurrency. You get mugged in a dark alley, scammed on your credit card with false promises and scammed by the pavement beggar who is making a fortune begging. Do you complain about those too?

and it is very annoying,
Not if you know how to prevent being scammed and use your logic instead of your greed/fear/doubt.

and a lot of my friends lost their funds in eth and tokens that stored their tokens on The mew wallet.
MEW needs a lot of precautions to operate. But there are method to secure it, like using the Metamask plugin and storing them in a hardware wallet. Why dont you people use them and be safe?

Really if there is anyway to erase scammers off crypto space it would have been better, 2019 would have bring better results for altcoins if not for scam projects everywhere scamming new investors, now scammers are scaring off new crypto investors wannabe since there is no trust or whatsoever and investors don't want to lose money either, whatever the next altcoin results is going to be will not be huge as many expected due to investors not trusting new altcoins anymore, no wonder why binance launchpads are selling out in seconds.

If crypto space is just like how binance managed IEO project in return for their own reputation altcoins will be skyrocketing right now because much more money will flow in, exchanges like binance is giving out trust investment that i really hope the entire altcoin space can do the same but its a shame scammers are robbing off the trust

Scammers are one of the factors why investors are afraid to invest in ICO. Many scam projects occur because there is no regulation from the government so scammers can freely do the action without fear of being caught in the law. I agree that the exchanger must emulate the Binance strategy in organizing the IEO because with good standards, investor confidence can recover

This is a crypto dude, here is decentralization and anonymity. In order to apply any measures to scammers, a regulatory framework is needed within which cryptocurrency will operate.
Now there is nothing of the kind, regulation is just beginning to develop, and when it appears to the full extent is unknown.
That is the fact. Not pessimistic, but in real life alone for crimes or fraud committed by professionals is quite difficult to reveal, especially in cryptocurrency that is more anonymous. The better the land, the more the fraudsters are interested and try to get the benefit of the beginner or the less thorough. Not much to do other than fortify ourselves with knowledge about adapting in cryptocurrency without giving a huge loss effect, do not be easily fooled into investment offers with the condition of providing some funds and will double in the near future.

I really don't that such regulation could help to eliminate scammers, they have that smart ass and probably they look for any strategies in order to scam people. As we know, some project looks so promising at first but they actually have gone in the long run, and be call as a scam also?

It is not the scammer to be blamed at all, it also our self cause we decided to put our money in a certain project. Nothing has to think that they are a scammer but they will and we are fooled again.

Scammers are the major problem of todays crypto. In my opinion, if there would be less scam projects in the industry, we would definitely reach the mass adoption much faster. People are afraid to put their money into crypto, because of its bad image.

People also need to stop being foolish with their money that they worked so hard to earn. Stop thinking you going to earn multiples of your money just because a project said you will. That is unrealistic, how can everyone earn that much? Some must lose for some to win and people need to remember that.

Scammers recapitulate to be ghosts in the crypto industry.  And they are everywhere. It is challenging to identify them. The principal capital to avoid them is with awareness and accuracy only. The investment industry through ICO continues to slump away because 75% of the projects are scams. ICO era ends with the presence of  Binance IEO launchpad, which is safer and has a positive ROI trace.

You can find scammers in every sector and cryptocurrency is not an exception. The most infamous financial fraudsters (Bernie Madoff, Matt Jennings, Wendell Jacobson, Joseph Blimline.etc) had no connection with cryptocurrency. But then we need to introspect why the incidence of fraud is so prevalent with the cryptocurrency market. They are not only affecting the popularity and acceptance of the new coins, but they are having a negative impact on the established altcoins and even on Bitcoin.

People are still afraid to invest but things have change since IEO took over fundraising since the beginning of 2019, people have become less scared of crypto investment since then, thats why we see IEO projects selling out in seconds to minutes on big exchanges

The fact is that, scammers will go to the field where there is a good money. And that includes crypto industry. And with so many scammed projects related to crypto, investors tend to be vigilant which projects is really worth to invest in. The reputation of ICO projects was ruined by fraud people but let us not forget that there is still sincere projects that are being created and become successful.

SCAMMER and ETH platform, these two are the key to why crypto space is failing right now, I agree with you that if we didn’t have anything that has to do with scammer, ICO will still be booming right which we know and all believe that this was the catalytic factor that gave rise to the bull run of 2017 which many investor were all encouraged then, before scammers started to discourage majority of them about ICO and not many of them wants to even hear of it.

Where I blame Ethereum is that Ethereum platform was being known for these ICO production in the past, and they have actually come up with good project, but the moment they notice that scammers have already hijacked their system , I expected that they ought to have stepped up in their game and be like binance.

Only if I could, I would. I would erase them but even we, cannot. Not only in cryptocurrency but in this world, scammers will always be there to take advantage just for their own benefits even if it means of oppressing someone. It's also one of the reason why people are afraid to engage themselves in crypto, because of the risk and scam. It only put negative impact on crypto, but it's not crypto you should be afraid of. It's the people. We cannot remove them, so the best thing to do is to avoid them. Prevent yourself from getting scammed
