Can't you block direct access to your site from any IP which does not belong to cloudflare?

Existing provider can't change IP for you as an interim option?

It's quite strange, but existing provider can't delegate another IPv4 address for my server.

PS: You can use domain http://ipv6.coinmine.pw to access website with IPv6, but only to withdraw coins, stratum servers still offline.

IPv4 gateway. http://ipv6.coinmine.pw.ipv4.sixxs.org/

I don't think he can. I got my coins out when it was online briefly last night, but the attack continues. It's just a waiting game...

It shouldn't be difficult to take down the primary interface and bring everything up on an alternate/vpn so the OP can do something like this.
