Oh and the invites to the private shadowmarket alpha are on offer
There will be no functional market till well into 2016 and Ethrreum just made Shadowsend in a few lines of script.
Welcome to November's End

Go away you sad little man.

You blockheads didn't ANN it  so I did

You met your deadline... sort of  (actually you missed it since nothing is yet live)

The game continues...

Deadline? Try target numbnuts.

If you created more than endless noise on these forums you might have some idea about the scale of the task and the difficulty involved. And you probably wouldn't be so quick to belittle the work of others. Still you're right, alpha testing begins soon. Who knows what devilishness and black magic is at work here for them to be able to do such a thing with their "photoshop Shadowmarket".  Cheesy

The alpha testing round will be limited to a small number of participants, but you can request an invite on ShadowTalk.

hahaha  Thank you for the info.

It's no joke. If u drop a media file onto ur wallet which is supported in Safari on OSX ur Shadow wallet will play the file (in OSX)

True story

Shadow has QuickTime support

If ur CPU can handle it and u have the correct plugin then ur SDC wallet can play back 4k vid

I shit you not.

Good to know.

Been away for a while.  Seen a new HD wallet is out.  Are there any special requirements for upgrading from an old wallet into the new wallet?  Does this new "HD" wallet support 4k UHD?   Grin

Yes it does.

The new "Ultra Hierarchical Deterministic wallet" will support many more than 4k of wallet addresses.  Tongue

Anyone help me out? I think I'm on the correct wallet, (1.3.3.6), and block,(currently 645987), but all of my transactions going back a month are conflicted.
Any help at all would be appreciated.

Could this be from the ppcoin code that downloads headers only and then uses bloom filtering up to a checkpoint? Perhaps headers only mode happens when should be bloom filtering for missing txs, just a guess.

This also explains it if rescan fixes it since this should get full blocks and not tdo any of the optmizations which seem not ready for release.

A simple "repairwallet" would have fixed this .. your conflicted transactions would have been caused by being on the fork prior to upgrading to the new wallet. Glad to see it is fixed.

If such an optimization is put in place it makes sense to run through mapWallet atleast and ensure consistency from within the txdb no? The problem comes from the header downloads and bloom filtering and perhaps a quick and dirty startup check can orphan out bad txs on startup.

Perhaps you could try Kristov Atlas, who did Darkcoin. But it will probably always require the devs saying what their code does if the reviewer is not understanding the logic somewhere.

If I remember correctly, Atlas did it for free, although the community did gather funds that exceeded 1000 DRKs / a masternode, at the time, as a donation / compensation.

Zeuner peer-review? Anybody? Information?

I just answered your question.

There is no other answer. There is nothing happening with the peer review. For whatever reason, Zeuner has chosen to not investigate the source code on his own and nobody on the dev team is going to hold his hand through it.
Oh...that sucks. Can't you get someone else to do the peer-review? I'd like to invest in SDC but it really needs reviewing first imo.

It's not a priority. I've recently developed an opinion that peer reviews shouldn't be bought. I think some others here share that opinion. The devs are focusing on major updates to try and build a bigger community of contributors and developers. The peer reviews will come with an increase in attention.

If you don't want to use Shadow before it's peer reviewed, that's your prerogative.

True dat.

WTF?? I think you are a bit paranoid mate LEL

My methods of analysis provide me with almost absolute certainty.

You can cry that I'm paranoid but we both know I'm right. Just quit it already.

Could anyone tell me the status of the Zeuner peer review? Thanks in advance, V.

I told you already, I can spot your puppet accounts by miles.
