Last year bull run started in the september only, let's see if that will be replicated this year or not. Personally I highly doubt that it'll happen this year, right now confidence of investors are very low and they want to stay away from such volatile market. BTC believers are waiting for ETF approvals, if that happens it'll surely rise the price of BTC to $12k easily, but again SEC is not going to approved it anytime sooner.

You can buy if you want to and hope that SEC approve Bitcoin this September 30 but invest only what you can afford to lose, you can win or lose but as long as you are not investing your hard earned money just an excess, it's ok for you to invest now, the profit will be knocking once SEc approve Bitcoin.

Not one can tell when will the market increase its value. Crypto market is unpredictable and not stable that is why this market is only for risk takers only If you want a sure investment it is better you buy gold than crypto because it is more stable and a sure market.

I do not think that September will be very spectacler for investment in crypto. September like every other month, has its ups and downs in the crypto market. One cannot definitely advise that you should or not, since you definitely want to avoid losses. Losses .cannot be ruled out in crypto investment
