Julerz is a good manager in my opinion. As far as I know most of his bounty campaigns have been successful. I want to be a bounty manager like him in future.

The way you handle bounties gives me joy. All the bounties you handle are escrowed which makes bounty hunters not worry about getting paid. You don't waste time updating spreadsheets and distributing tokens to your bounty participants. I think you are one of the best bounty managers in the crypto space. Am presently partaking in one of your bounties because am sure of getting paid at the end of it. What facilitates me more about you is that you keep the bounty hunters informed on telegram about the bounty projects you handle, giving them chance to vote anonymously on whether you should carry on with a particular bounty or not.
