But, we should not have signature campaign running the same way and time zones can't be the same even with campaign managers.

Moreover, his campaign is usually filled within hours with equally good posters, where he selects from.

Personally, I believe if one seeking for a job, you are advised to get to the office before your interviewers, which is one criteria for selection.

Julerz12 is quite doing a nice job. Though I missed your zero campaign, hope to get in next time Grin

Julerz12 is a very proactive manager, knows his job. He is well organized.

He is rounding off with codex signature campaign (today) which I'm part of. Therefore, I can attest that he has a good managerial skill.

He is one of the best managers I have worked with here. Always would like to work with him anytime.

Being a bounty hunter for quite sometime, I can say that EOSex which was managed by Julerz12 is pretty much one of the best campaigns I've joined.
Kudos to both EOSex and bounty management team.
We need more campaigns like that - clear rules and well managed.

I highly recommend this bounty manager I have join several bounties from him and he manage it like a PRO because he is really a PRO, I just saw his Crypto Resume and he has a Degree in ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING, maybe this is not his main Job but he always deliver a quality work, answer participants problems and everything In short he's one of the best bounty manager in the forum.

I have taken part a bounty campaign which was run by juler12. A bounty's manager who is very worthy of being said to be the best bounty manager in this forum. I found a problem when the token distribution started and he kept giving me updates and what should I do to get a reward until the end I got my reward.

This manager always makes sure that all concerns are attended accordingly and in a timely manner.
He is strict and firm with the rules, but he still manages to keep things fair and equal for all of the participants.

I want to compliment the management of the EOSEX campaign, we all know how difficult the bounty managers can have with the various requests and problems of the bounty hunter and with the team updates, but the management of this program has been almost impeccable.

I have participated in many bounties campaign and some of the managers aren't active like julerz who still responds even though the question is repeated. He is one of the best campaign managers out there. Hope you get many projects and keep up the good work mate.

What can you do better?

I would suggest to have a more professionalism first contact/mercantise site or something else, to get more real projects. Because of your good work!
