The crypto world is full with uncertainties and that makes price prediction very difficult for almost everyone. Btc is currently down but looks like it is gradually gaining grounds. I think buying Btc now will be a good idea because it has the potential to shoot by the end of the year.
Yes I think this is a good time to buy Bitcoin. Because lot of crypto experts believe Bitcoin price will reach a very high number is mid 2018. So you can earn big profit.
Yes that is right but always suggest them do their search always so they can not blame anyone if they loss their money here. If you really don't understands cryptocurrency was all about for sure once market goes really down and you having a loss in your portfolio for sure you will panic. Better to know where you really want to invest your money. 
It is always a good decision to buy bitcoin , but bitcoin now is expensive to buy , but if you have the money buy it , because bitcoin in the first place is the best investments to have in world of cryptocurrency world. I think that the Ethereum has more prospects for growth in price. so I would choose ETH.
