The decision is your's this to coins is both good coins, but the condition of the value of bitcoin now isn't that good because it's current value is still low but yet it is the right time to buy btc now because of it's low value then hold for a bit of time and for it to pumo again before you sell it.

I see no reason to wait few days. Bitcoins price is very low now and it is worth buying. In a month or so Bitcoin will be back to $10000 mark in my opinion.

Following the reasoning according to which this phase is the same of 2013/2014, I would wait 2019 to enter where probably the bitcoin price will be at 4000/5000$ so probably ethereum could be better in this period

Yes, of course. Buy bitcoin is everytime good deal. And its good time to buy. I think the lowest bitcoin price can be 5000 dollars. Now its 6500. So after this we gonna grow up i guess. Bit if you ask not only about bitcoin, just split your money into different coins you want
