In my opinion, we might be in the lower limit of this year's price. And when the market bounces back, I think the famous coins that have the most corrections are coins that have the greatest potential. So maybe in percentage terms, Ethereum is better than Bitcoin.

The market changes direction, and all coins experience a great correction. But I think Bitcoin stays stronger than all crypto, and probably will still be the most dominant in the future. And for security reasons, I think now Bitcoin is the best place.
Both options are good. It's two main coins in the market. BTC - is first and largest crypto and it probably will stay the first because it's already "store of value" and most known brand. Anybody who heard about crypto knows BTC. But Ethereum is pretty good also because it has a lot of usage in different projects for ICOs.

Yes,any time now was good but there are some news that making bitcoin downs like some country that recognizing this bitcoin as a scam or being gone after some few years so this may affect to the price of bitcoin.

The Best decision as i think is to start buying btc from now with about 10-20% of full investment. Of course it May fall a bit more and must be ready to buy deeper) and if it suddenly fly away you also could buy but be more confident in future price)
I personally believe that you should have some both ethereum and bitcoin. They both strong, reliable and very promising. Plus; prices are down so it would be a good time to buy.
