i dont think using all money to buy ethereum is a good idea, because first we can loose all money if something wrong happen to ethereum in the future, second, we can not maximize our profit by just investing ethereum, we can invest in bitcoin to better our profit.
What a awful predictions it is. Their development team really should resolve scaling issues, probably Bitcoin will much higher than now when this will come. 
ethereum is next level after btc so in the opinion i will suggest ether is the best way for invest but for the timing also good investment there but not hole capital just putt whatever you want where you can take rest after it will help you might because non one predict the price what can happen in future.

I'm hoping you don't actually mean "all of your money" but rather 100% of the money you are willing to risk. If that's the case, I would do 30% in ETH, 30% in BTC, and 30% spread over a number of other coins.
Yes it okay to buy ethereum but not all your money but it to risky to do it because we can know when we can loose or gain.
It is very tough call. if you have the money try to invest in good coins which are good futuristics goals.

That's bad decision to buy any coin with all of your money, because if it will drop some time you will have really big problems with your portfal, much more than if you'd buy some altcoins also with it.
i believe that ethereum will go up to 800$ at the end of 2018, after its falling, when the market recovers, and ethereum will grow impressive but in my oppinion, i think you can consider to invest 70% of your money in this coin, the rest you can invest in something esle
Ethereum is A very good coin, but putting all your money in one is a very big risk, ETH will earn you proper returns overtime, but i believe diversifying is better

Although the price of ETH is unstable, however, like all crypto-currencies, but I believe that this is a good investment for the future. But you do not need to invest all the money in just one coin to share your risks.
