I am pretty sure buying Ethereum with all the money has higher chance to get higher return of investment because Ethereum is the most important Crypto in the market today.
Ethereum is Bitcoin's rival and already beat the major features like scalability and transaction speed.
Ethereum will surpass Bitcoin's market cap in the future so basically people who put trust on Ethereum knows that Ethereum will soon rise like Bitcoin in the near future.

I think that you should not invest all your money in only one coin. Investing all your money in one coin is a pretty big risk. Yes, you can earn a lot of profit if the coin becomes successful but you may lose it all if it didn't. Best way of investing is investing on different coins or projects. Also know if you want a long term investment or a short term investment.

I think that is not a good idea. You can buy eth but not with all your money, try buying both. 50% for eth and 50% for Bitcoin so that you will not just have one option.
