I suggest do not stop investing, just go on as long as you have money to invest but always be careful in choosing the ICO project investigate first and make thorough research as we all know that there are a lot of scammers around.

You can always invest, read news, look at the project road map, and then you can make money on investments. I would not invest in ICO now it's risky

I think it is not a bad idea to take risk and invest ICO. 92% is an exaggerated number of fail ICO. Base on my own research only 60% fail to fulfil our expectation.
Investing is better when the price drops even lower, I think this is not the limit of the fall, I think the price will be close to 4000 for bitcoin, and after him and everything else will fall, then it will be possible to buy up

the decision for that will be coming from you, but for me, its best if you still continue to invest, because not all ico's are going to fail, actually there are still some ico that becomes successful, you just have to find one. 
I think yes because now is still the time of investment, although the market started to rise but it only rose slightly and the right time to sell is at the end of the year because at the end of the year coin prices will rise.
It's tough getting good ICO nowadays. I think doing bouty campaign are more profitable than investing in ICO. If you want to invest I suggest to buy strong coin like BTC and ETH because the price already cheap and just to wait until the price got higher.

I think the 92 percent you mentioned is too conservative. I think 95 percent of coins die. Most coins are scams, and the scams are not accountable to investors.
I would probably recommend you to buy tokens not during ICO, but after exchange listing. This strategy is much profitable on a bearish market.

investing is very risky especially in ico's because its success rate is still 50:50, there is no guarantee that it will become successful in the end, but you just have to consider the ico rating to become your basement if a certain ico is good to invest or not. so I say, that you should continue if you think that its your field.
