Failures should make you strong therefore do not give up. I have been in your situations before and i experienced all of what you have suffered but i did not give up that instead i just considered those failures as a challenge to me. You should learned from your mistakes and try to do better from it so that it will not fail you twice. Before joining an ICO make sure their product is feasible to the masses, that it has a prototype and people have their names to be easy to research in the google.

not all fraudsters ico, at this time have just been paid it has been lucky, now the price of the coin is down, therefore, no matter how good the project, the price will definitely be low

I admit that the market make people go crazy. But good things cant happen in seconds. You have to wait, you have to be patient. Especially in crypto market patience is the key. I advice that you should not give up. But its up to you.
