I think you can still hold that coin and not selling right now if you cannot see a profit. but if the price can increase a little, maybe you can sell it and take your profit although it's not too big so you can move to the other coin which can give you more profit. this is very difficult to hold because the market still in the red zone but you still have a chance to see your coin will increase later. so you need to think carefully about selling the coin or wait for a while.
You could sell them and expect to recover any losses of money by trading some other coins on a daily basis, that way you can compesate.

dont cut lose as of now because i guess that coin have a good potential in the future maybe you need to wait for another 2 or 3 months to wait for a good recovery of the Bitcoin so that alts will recover their price too. There is so many bad new came in the crypto that is why the price are in the red zone, just be patience and hope that soon btc will recover
You better hold for 2 months more before taking any decisions. Because October for most of the Crypto history has proved itself as a bullish month. If the depression streches, you should start minimizing your loses by diversifying your investment in crypto.

Yes, it is one of my basis too in keeping the tokens for the long term because if the team is not knowledgeable enough with their project and just let the people think that they are not doing anything with it then probably they do not care that much about the project. A good team communicated properly with its community because when they are more active in the community answering inquiries then most probably they can have more investors on their project and even if it is already listed in exchanges, they are still active.

It's already too late for me to sell if it has already lose more than a quarter of its value so the best remedy for me is to buy more so that I can average down and then when the market is doing good again, I can sell it afterwards for a profit at a lower price than what I intended to sell it for the first time I bought it.
