You just have to follow your thought, tho Ripple is a good investment for long term holders, I believe the project will grow higher in the nearest future, but you investing in Ripple must have enough patience and wait for the time.
I you like this coin and you see the bright future of Ripple you can invest in it. But I don't recommend this coin for investment, because it's hard to predict its growth or fall.
I think its good to invest in ripple. Its has a good performance in the market . Its also has a good future because of its is very useful. Like its is used payments providers and digital assets exchange etc.
Ripple still has some growing room left, but meteoric rises like those seen at the end of 2017 will naturally be few and far between, and it’s safe to assume that the price changes will settle into more sustainable ranges.
I have always considered RIPPLE to be too risky asset that can fall in price at any moment ... In such a market as now I would definitely not buy it but would invest money in another project, less volatile!
I am not recommended for you such investments. This coin have a lot of surprizes and in a total - cryptocommunity doesn like it. This currency support old system - which enemy of all crypto idea in nature.

Ripple is not a shitcoin. Being centralized is not a weakness but a strength to prove that this altcoin is worth to make investment because back up by a visible supporters. 
I think it's a bad idea to invest in coin which is ruled by banks and as it sad before its a dump and pump coin.
Ripple value is gradually increased with in one year.sometimes its value may decrease but again it will regain its value and also increases.Definitely,it will have a very good growth in the future.it is occupying a 3rd place in the coin market at present.so you may have scope to invest on ripple.

not a bad investment just because the price now it is$ 0.54 per 1 coin. if we compare the prices that were a month ago, they fell by about 0.15 dollar. this happened in just 1 month. accordingly, the growth may kill even 0.7 in the near future.

I think ripple will give a good growth! The company has a strong team. Now the coin has dropped in price. It is like all other Altoids tied to bitcoin. Think soon the situation will change, and ripple goes in growth.
