Should I stop buying BTC for above market value or should I start paying the listed price? I support Bitcoin and still pay 5k a BTC does anyone see bitcoin going back up?
For me, as long as you have money to buy then buy bitcoins. Bitcoins price and value is unpredictable and nobody could tell the exact time when to buy and sell. What I have notices as bitcoin price is getting higher and when it goes down, it just go down a little bit but when getting higher, the increase is very high. So for me do not stop buy and hold it until the price hit to the moon.

not stop buy bitcoin.
maybe you are one of other people that ordered to buy bitcoin. and we need people like that.

today more people earn bitcoin or altcoin for campaign. we use easy ways to collect them. rather you collect bit or altcoin (though you get small of stuff) than you buy.

Its no time to buy Bitcoin right now, with bitcoin touching to $6000, no one will suggest you to buy bitcoin at this stage, right now you should wait for a dip to come in the price and when you think price is not falling beyond this point. Then you should buy because it is your money not mine, so you should be wise enough to know the right time to buy. Forum can only guide you at the end your decision matters.

I think, you can stop buying BTC for above because the market is reacting in a negative way after the exchange in China has started to shut down. better also to invest only what you can afford to lose. other than that, we don't know about BTC price future later.

Well it actually depends on you. You should probably stop when you thing you’ve had enough. Although, I don’t like the idea. Because when you stop you end the possibility of earning. So, why stop when you can continue to earn?

Keep buying, even a person that entered the market a few weeks ago will be already in profits, many people worry too much, yes sometimes your investment is going to be below the price you bought but with time the price is going to rise and the chances that it goes below the price you bought will be a lot lower, all of those people that bought at 1000 are going to be perpetually in profit.

I can relate to your point as I bought my first bitcoin when price was $250 and I am still holding that coin in my wallet and now I regret for not buying more at that price as if I would have bought 10 to 15 bitcoins at that time then right now I would be enjoying huge profits so if we continue to buy even now at present price then we can become rich in next 4 to 5 years for sure.
I know because this happened to me as well, I bought a bitcoin when it was at 600 dollars and I was worried that maybe I bought when the price was too high and now I look at the price and I think to myself I should have invested a lot more money back in the day but even if the price is 10 times higher this is still a good time to buy, in several years when bitcoin is 60k people that bought today will think the same I thought back then.

If you think you should stop buying BTC, then you should sell all that you hold. It's basic logic that if you no longer feel confident in what you're buying you should sell.

No its not the same thing you are talking about the question is whether we should continue to buy bitcoins even if price is higher and that will depend on individual that what level of trust he has in bitcoins as if he believes that price can go much higher in future then he can continue his buying without worrying about the price.

I guess the logic is not like that. If he wants to stop buying bitcoin I do not think I should sell it anyway, it's an option so I do not think it's a problem if he does not sell everything he has right now. But if he has sold it all now I think it is the right time, because the bitcoin price is now very high, if that has happened, then I'm sure he will buy again when the dip happens because he has got a lot of profit now and definitely want to repeat it again.

Few weeks ago when the value was less than $5000, so many people were wondering if they should buy or not and probably were waiting for a dip that never came until they woke up the next day to see a bullish trend that swept the whole floor clean.

Right now, bitcoin has tested support recently at $5200 and came back right up. I am pretty sure the next trend will definitely be breaking past resistance pretty soon. So, buying anytime you have funds to buy is just the best.

For me it depends on your technique on how are you going to handle or buy bitcoin even it's at a high value. If you think the value would still rise even after buying it at a high price, then go risk but if you are scared, just stay put and earn bitcoin so that you don't need to buy it just to have it.

Now that it has a high value, you should stop buying bitcoin first most specially if you are going to buy it above market value. It would definitely be a big thing if you are not to think wisely on buying bitcoin nowadays. Instead you should just keep on earning it and put up all the hardwork and time you can.

I think we have to stop buying btc at the moment due to high value and it already reached $6,000+ it is too costly. Well it would be your decision if you will invest on it we never know when the volatility will occur and if you have lots of capital to buy bitcoin you may invest on it.

I suggest you do not stop to buy bitcoin, because bitcoin is very valuable and very rare, if you know that bitcoin has very limited availability and has a lot of demand. it makes the price more expensive.
People apparently does not understand the value of bitcoin and the fact that it has a limited cap of 21mill. If they can really sit down to think about this, and all the development going on with it, they will know pretty well that bitcoin is here to stay and only the supporters now will benefit a lot.

Just like the guy who sold all his belongings said, everything evolves, technology, designs etc and even money. Believe me, this is an evolution for currency and the way we spend in the future. Get in now or get in late in future.

Yes right, the price skyrocketed before the issue segwit2x, I'm afraid this is a temporary pump from speculators so that after the skyrocketing then the price will drop. if i have lots of bitcoin i suggest to sell because this is a good price.
well, maybe you should wait until the bitcoin price stabilizes again. for now, too risky to buy bitcoin in large quantities, because it could, the price drop after hardfork. I'm sure, many people are targeting bitcoin gold, so they buy bitcoin, and cause the price to go up.

This is very risky because at this time bitcoin has a high price to be purchased with a large amount.  Wink

The price of bitcoin is skyrocketing right now so i think it's not a good idea to buy. But if you the money to invest in it then you're good to go because for sure the price of bitcoin will increase more and more.

If your aim is to earn huge profit, you better not stop buying Bitcoin. Indeed, it is now more exoensive than before but still, its market value is continuously increasing. Buying at this point and storinfg for a period of time will result into huge profit, ofcourse. Waiting for the dumps before buying will surely take time. What is better is to buy at this moment and to go along with the increase.
