I prefer Litecoin, because Litecoin has great potential for growth in the coming year. This is a reliable and well-known name that maintains its base from time to time. The real technology behind Litecoin is also solid and serves real-world goals for fast and feasible transactions. My feeling is that Litecoin will achieve wider adoption next year, and therefore increase its value.
Both coins went through the nice correction and both got very positive news about their develompent. XRP will be used for banking transactions, litecoin for payments.

It's not. This time litecoin is not even following bitcoin and you can see that a lot of litecoin holders are losing their trust in the litecoin. Bitcoin will not need litecoin to become the experimental blockchain before bitcoin try to do a hardfork. This is a really sad situation for litecoin.

Litecoin is a digital currency in the true sense. there is no second layer for developing applications at Litecoin. So, the main goal is to be used as a currency. more like BTC, so my advice is to choose LTC.
Why don't you invest in both with a small amount? Both cryptos are on a low level and you can buy both of them for small price !

Why do you like litecoin so much? For me it was a simple walk-through project, which is not even worth to stop, but I noticed that many consider it as a long-term investment and I can not understand .
