Yes with higher capitalization means more user of that coins but there are more coins on that and still not good to invest because the price were continuously going down , so I think it's better to refer on the trend of the graph so that you can monitor the trending whether that particular coin is going down or going up .

Everyone is experiencing uneasyness on the crypto market performance as posted. The ups and down of the price value of all coins towards the end of 2018 have some degreee of re calibration on our future plans of investment, not like the end of 2017 where almost everybody is envied the larges profit from Crypto investors. Some even dive in to get one coin at the high price. Yet the slowly decline one the crypto price shows disatisfaction as people losing their prime invest towards the end of 2018. It normal for all the investors to feel depressed.One thing remains is the decision of investors to whether they will continue on investing and leave the market? I am still optimistic that once resolved all the issues confronting crypto come 2019 it will be a good crypto market again.Hold on guys.

Even the top 10 coins in the market is not exempted during the bear.
Ethereum for example has dropped 90% from its all time high, that is not safe if you'll ask me, but the bigger it dump, I know someday it will also bring big gains once the bear marker is officially over, the only question that needs to be answer is when.

I think this is correct. The risk of investing in mainstream cryptocurrencies is small, and most of the unknown altcoins are easy to die.

It's easy to die is altcoins who don't have a community.
There have been many examples of altcoins who have no community and are now dying.
