If you are already contented of this current price in which you think you have already earned enough then better sell it now because if the price will fall again then you could buy it again like sell it high and buy it low. Anyway, you have nothing to lose because you have already earned that if the price will keep increasing then buy it again and start with your new capital as your new data base.

its better to keep your altcoins in kind of situations like this, since every cryptocurrency in the market is low, its better to hold and wait for its price to pump. there's no one who can tell how long you will hold, but its the best thing to do now.
my opinion is to keep them, at least that you can not sell them now profitably, if not wait at least until you go equal to buy price before selling them

Yes, it is better to hold coins because the price has fallen very much and you will only lose money.

Probably you bougt seller coin at price $0.37 , and right now price of xlm is approx. $0.21 . But all time high price of of steller is about $0.75 , so don't worry much about the down of the procueof the xlm coin , because there are full chances that it will easily go to $0.6 easily . Here you need to keep in your mind that , if you will sell it out then surely you will get only loss , so it will be more better for you to hodl and also a simple basic rule of the trading is that , hold until you get profit by sell .
Second thing , if price is dumping rapidly then you should sell it for usdt and then again buy when it get start up .
