I advise you not to sell coin at the moment, now the prices of Bitcoin and most of the altcoin are very low, if you sell you will not make a profit, even if you lose. Selling your coins should be dependent not on your emotions but in your overall strategy and why you are here in the first place. If you want to obtain fast profits then it may be a good idea to sell since the market is going to take a lot of time to recover and then you can use that money to invest in more promising coins, but if you want to earn money for the long term the right decision is to hold.

I can emphasise that it is my own subjective opinion and my personal but I would be very happy if I will sell all of my coins somewhere near July 2018 so I would not suffer so long...
A friendly advise, do not sell your coins right now. We are seeing positive activities and trends on the market so I believe that selling your coins now would be something that you should not do. We are seeing Bitcoin and Alt coins to have a rise on their values in the coming days. Be patient, good things come to those who wait.
