The market is too poor as at now, so you wait till the price pump up and then you make a lot of money, better than now
price wise- just need a full trend swing in crypto .. people blaming particular coins at this time are just placing blame.. I'm sure there are a few developers out there that have made a couple bad decisions between this full bubble bust bear trend, that has dropped them lower than what they should be.... But understand , if your in zest or in any other low cap coin, your in the alts of alts world here... not mainstream alts.. alts in general have massive volatility, now you add that into a small cap coin.... doesn't take a genius to see it can fluctuate massive amounts both up and down... remember that .. it can do the same going up too...
but right now its a bear market for all of crypto.. market cap is at a yearly low.. touched around 220 billion... btc is at 49% dominance
what do you expect ? seriously ? every alt will get crushed with that being the current situation.. and they all have ... many are still very overvalued and need further correcting

Hold till it get to a good price.Why to sell now?.Everyone wants to get more profit, for that you need to hold.Market situation is not that good right now,So don't sell it.
In my views this is not good time to sell your coins because market condition is not good and value of all coins is very low at this time. I suggest you to hold your coins for getting high returns and wait for some more time to bullish run of this market. May be this market will be grow soon.

That is right. Basically speaking, it depends on the current status of the coin. Also, in consideration of the price you bought it for. Although it may sound simple to say that one should not sell if he would not get any profit, there is no other and better way to describe it. If you bought it for a higher amount than what you are selling it for, then why even bother? One should think that every move should be geared to get a return from an investment. So, finally, just be patient and wait for the coins to rise back up.

I advise you to be patient because there are only 1-2 months left before a good growth and therefore do not sell coins now.
Depends on the holder of any altcoin when they want to sell it or not. If they need cash then sell .
Depends on you. whether you want to sell it or not. because actually selling or not it depends on your outlook in the future whether the coin really has great potential to succeed in the future or vice versa

If you are planning to make a profit, then do not sell coins. Now the market is just beginning to recover. just hold to the end of year. thank me late 
Selling in between at present will make no sense as market is down currently and unless you require money you should not be doing it. Either ways if you can hold it , chances are that you will end up making multiple times return on your invested amount if it is with btc, eth etc.
you should wait and be patient for now. and that's the right choice. but it all depends on your financial situation. if you really have to sell and you have other plans, the decision is in your own hands.

Stop panicking. Be patient and wait for stable growth and then sell the coins. It remains to wait about three months.
altcoin may be low due to the market as it is not stable so you will have to wait more time .
I never chase rallies and I never sell dips. As a result I am still in the green from initial investment. About to start buying at these ridiculous levels. Clearly a good entry even if it goes even lower in the short term.

In 3-4 months you will receive a profit much more than now. And it is better not to sell coins now. 
As per what you need. Sell coins if you need money. or save your coins for the future.
I keep HODL XLM. until it's time to the moon.
For now better to just hold your coins and tokens and wait until the price in the market bumps up and rise again. When the coins start to rise again then sell it for good and you can earn more money from that. I keep HODL XLM. until it's time to the moon.
