I think everyone should have fixed a target for selling their coins. If your target is reached then sell your coins then you will get a good profit. In my point of view you shouldn't sell your coin now just hold it and wait until it's price is not go high.
I will advice that you still hold your coin until when the market recover fully and the price of all coin begin to rise, but if you need money and you will make profit when you sell the coin, you can sell it and buy back when the market recover.
