meaning weather you lose a lot or a little holding is better in this though times. that is the only thing to do if you want to earn in the future. If you sell it you will missed a part that your coin will earn and you will sell it because you are afraid to lose more.

Just hold, I'm not sure that market will recover in near future but, of course it will recover just took long time. Also I think that XLM is good coin and potential.
No its not time to sell we have to hold these coins so we should wait because the market condition is not stable now so we cannot take quick decision its risky and also a symbol of lots of loss.
