I got my phone stolen back in may, and as a result a lot of my crypto casino accounts were compromised.. but I was able to get a lot of accounts back on different sites… but not shuffle, shuffle sided with the hacker as they set up 2fa and I haven’t been able to log in. I tried emailing them off my email I signed up with, several times now asking me questions I wouldn’t know how to answer unless I logged in to my account which the answers I provided weren’t good enough. I asked them if I could send them my Id to match my name and address I provided on the site and they said they couldn’t help me. I’ve tried multiple times to get my account back and over the course of this time, the hackers been using my account. The last time I tried they just all out suspended my account like really? With stake I was easily able to get my account back by sending them a selfie with ID and IP address of my last official login, shuffle on the other hand seemingly purposely sided with the hacker and let them use my account for months and didn’t want to help me at all. I lost a lot of money over this so thank you shuffle really there for your players. I’m telling everyone I can about this because it’s bs.
I don't know if this is a made-up story? It sounds like nonsense... especially when no evidence is shown.

You lost your mobile means you are responsible, don't blame the casino.
And was your shuffle account KYC before the mobile was stolen? If not then the casino can't do it for fear that you will be considered a fraudster.

This is the first time I've seen a case that is different from the others. Grin
Regardless of what the story is about, as long as he covid19shuffle could convey a possible reality story it means this should be given a special attention, because I'm the case of account hack at least when an individual complain through the registered email it should be given close attention of genuine possibilities, and at that the team can go further to ask for more verification is possible ask the customer to provide the selfie with the document used for verifying the account to prove it authentication.

He sold the account. I know the person he sold it to and he tried to get it back the day the token launched which locked the account.

How do you know that person? Do you know him personally, in real life?

Plus what's this you're telling us that "he sold" the account? For what purpose does a person sell his account which has already gone through KYC verification? Is the something illegal being done with the account? Moving money from nefarious sources through the casino to launder it for a percentage of the money perhaps?

It's hard to believe... if there's no evidence and all you can do is support, whatever the decision is then support can know the truth.
Here can't help much if the story is like this.
Because it is rare to hack a casino account unless it is your own negligence.

He sold the account. I know the person he sold it to and he tried to get it back the day the token launched which locked the account.
Hmmm is that so?
Maybe he won't come back here again after the above post. Lol

Ah no, it seems you mistakenly see this information the rules are still the same as Airdrop 1 which is $50 for 1 SHFL or maybe the shuffle team has updated the article.
There was no mistake from my side. Either it was a mistake from Shuffle team at the initial stage, or they have changed their plans and reduced the wagering requirement. You may also verify it from this user post.

Quote
By the way for a verified account getting an extra 10% SHFL and I think this bonus is not included in the locked bonus because I can claim it when checking the account but ~
Are you level 2 KYC verified at Shuffle? 10% of the SHFL allocation has been automatically unlocked for every user when the airdrop 2 happened on 14th December. You will receive an extra 10% on the unlocked SHFL amount if you are KYC verified.

Might be wise if you create your own thread on scam accusations board, given this case you raised here is still at its very early phase. Supply it with screenshots of those conversation you had with them where they make things difficult for you to retrieve your account. Perhaps a bit too late now, given the fund were already drained, but it might nice if we can get from Shuffle's side on why their response was as given to you.

Use the suggested format as it'll make things easier for overseers to understand your case at glance.

I'll reach shuffle once you provide sufficient proof in your own thread.

I would say you should continue trying and possibly asking them if there are other ways you could proof that you are the original owner of the account because you cannot just expect a platform to just give you access to what you are talking about through uploading your ID when they no that hackers are very good with that, however what they told you about login in first before they can do anything is actually correct because if I'm not mistaken that's the only way for them to ensure that you are the True owner but since you cannot proof yourself it might be difficult, however that's just what I understand about such situation but perhaps those that have an idea can also advise you.

 Roll Eyes

Ser, please first prove that you're not a mere troll spreading FUD against a casino where you lost your money because of your irresponsibility, then you blame the casino for that irresponsibility.

    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I believe there are nefarious people who are trying to take advantage of the site, and now that they're caught doing nefarious activities, they will now spread FUD.

Please prove your issue if it's true. But currently, welcome to my ignore list, ser. I suggest everyone should put him/her on ignore too.

I have wagered 600k$ since July on this website and didn't qualified for Aidrop 2.
I won bunch of sport bets and they blocked me from betting sports on their website + removed my airdrop 2.
Scammers

Someone I know kind of goes through the same at the moment. He regularly bets big on sports, but only small odds like 1.2 - 1.3, betting like 50k in 1 bet. By the way, he also plays casino games, just to add this.
He recently told me they excluded him from the airdrop ( would get around 10k$ worth of tokens ) because they suspect him of arbitrage betting, haha. How can you even do arbitrage betting on such small odds, that's total nonsense.
Anyway, he is one if the few high rollers on this site and if they actually do this then he is gone for sure. Good way to basically show a high volume player the door. Very smart business.  Roll Eyes

They did not even explained to me why they blacklisted me from the airdrop.
Regardless I switched from Stake to Shuffle and than to Razed, I had terrible experience in both sites, now I'm back to Stake and I'm extremely happy, at least I know by playing there I'm safe and secure.
These other sites need to work harder to keep their already small player bases

Guys. I sit without money for 10 days and I can not earn money in my city as there are hostilities. Who can really help with the withdrawal. Please advise me. I don't even have enough for bread.

You don’t even have enough for bread yet you put your only money on gambling? This is a dumb mentality since you will have nothing if you lose money. I’m not trying to add to your problem but I think that you are still lucky that you manage to withdraw your money with profit compared to the waiting time for your withdrawal.

Nevertheless @holydarkness is already helping you to sort the issue here. I have a hunch that there’s really something wrong on your account since Shuffle rarely halt withdrawal unless there’s something wrong with the account.

Umm, I think this is a good chance to clarify and correct myself about my previous statement, quoted below. I initially thought the account was being investigated due to sportsbetting activities, as the entire discussion here between pavelmarty, me, and the forum members, as well as me and Shuffle, only mentioned "investigation", so I assume it's a sportsbetting investigation, as it was one of the most investigated activities.

But upon re-reading his posts, I think it was an investigation following a big win on Keno game.

Though it doesn't alter the current narrative so far, nor the outcome, that if pavelmarty played and won fair and square, the casino will be more than happy to liquidate the bonus, and that all we can do now is to wait for the provider to finish their investigation, I'd just want to clarify and straighten my previous post that might misled the narrative.

My apology if there is any confusion or misunderstanding happened on anyone's mind due to my own misunderstanding.

[As a side note, this is why I much prefer a discussion for matter like this to be conducted on scam accusations board, as it will be focused to the issue at hand and won't be "riddled" with announcement and excitements about the platform's events]

[...]

In short, they suspected something wrong with your activity, so they investigated it. Normally, casinos will ask for certain level of KYC prior to this investigation to tie an account to a person. [Unless I understand wrongly] that KYC itself is successfully verified, all you need to do is wait while they confirm and check your latest sportsbetting activity. [...]

You're helping me a lot. But my main concern is that I am not getting an answer and I have not been able to get an accurate answer for 10 days. They're just stalling so I'll forget? But I won't forget. I want to get the winnings and live. All my wallets are clean. I've already checked it myself. I thought it was aml, but it's been 3 days and no results. I'm really worried. I refresh 10 times an hour the page with payment to know any results. I am constantly online on the forum to write representatives. But already 10 days nothing. A couple of days ago they asked me to pass live verification. To turn my head. I did it. And it says it's complete. But what's taking so long? I don't understand. They don't want to give me my winnings? That's my biggest fear.

Ser, I believe it's already time to take your concern to another topic in the scam-accusation subforum. We already know your issue, and the admins in Shuffle are already in the process of going through the issue.

No one is stalling to make you forget, which is a truly laughable accusation.

Patience, and I'll put you in my ignore list now.

I think it is very safe to assume that stalling in hope that you'll forget is not in their agenda. They're simply waiting for the investigation by their provider to be done, much like we do. And I will assure you that I'll nudge them every now and then, just to be sure that they "will not forget" about your case [though it is in my strong belief that they won't].

As for the situation surrounding your case, if I may re-explain to the extent of what I understand, it is not AML/ATF [yet] or multi-acc. More likely than not [as it came to my awareness after re-reading your posts here] it is a usual check done by the provider following a big win, to be sure that you did not win it with abusive nature.

If all is good from your side, then all is good.

As for why they ask for KYC [live verification], it's a standard practice shared amongst casinos, to have their player conduct KYC prior to an investigation. Upon completing and passing the verification [which you did], the investigation of the case itself [namely, your bets] will begin.

I'll explain it to you one more time. I won them with a 5 dollar Christmas coupon. Maybe that's why they don't want to withdraw because I didn't make enough of a deposit. But I won, and I didn't deposit any of my own money. And with the winnings, I have hope that I'll have money.
