At first i wondering that what's wrong with their site, because i always thought that it was easy, lean and clean. But this could be about the interface design for the token integration, and it could play more significant role with the GUI than i originally thought. In fact that's only thing that makes sense. Changing the look of the product now, just for the sake of it would not make sense, and they are talking about shaping it (probably to fit the token integration).

The only period I remember connecting to a VPN was during a protest in my country and most of our internet service providers limited our access to several sites so we had to connect to a VPN in other to access several sites but I didn’t gamble during that period so I guess that couldn’t have been the cause (it’s still possible though). I also thought perhaps I had selected “Korea” in my settings but I haven’t even selected any country yet so that couldn’t be the cause either.
It can be only if you used VPN during your account registration, then the website will automatically detect your IP address and assign your nationality to that nation based on IP address through VPN.Later, if you use your VPN with IP address from different nations, I believe that the platform will not change your account nationality and language to different nations, it is not logic.
During account registration, if Korea is automatically assigned to your account nationality, you can change your settings and choose a correct one.
OK, then it's probably an automated email sent exclusively for their Korean users as part of a regional marketing effort? The Korean IP you used might have included your account in a list to receive promotional emails in Korean, and only in Korean starting with that email you received.
I don't see Shuffle team announced that they have active Korea-focused marketing programs.

Did you use VPN recently then use Korean IP? If yes maybe that's the reason why you mistakenly receive that email.

Didn't receive such email like that and provably its for Korean gamblers playing in Shuffle. Did you use VPN recently then use Korean IP? If yes maybe that's the reason why you mistakenly receive that email.
But if this email bother you maybe try to contact their support for clarification. Since for sure that they can give a good explanation towards the email you receive from them.
I always receive mails from them in English language so maybe there's something wrong happen on their newsletter part and they sent korean language mail to some of their global users.

So high possibility it is sent to you by mistake because I believe if it is for global users, Shuffle would have sent it in English.

not a one time bonus as what I received last August when I received $10 instant bonus twice. $2 per claim is basically nice especially if we do not wager much, we may not get it on other casinos because other casinos may give reload based on our activity only.

Thanks for the info, I did not check my inbox but I just login to my account and I can see the notification that I get the same reload as yours.
It is $6 but divided into 3 days ($2 per day), nice boost since my wagering activity is so low.
Not quite sure if all players receive it or it is just a random bonus because someone above with higher rank is not getting the same boost bonus.
By the way, weekly bonus has just been released as well so those who have good wager activity this week will also get something from this weekly bonus.
