@panjul07, I think you have a higher rank at Shuffle. How much was your pre-monthly bonus?

Unfortunately I did not gamble much since last year and my rank at Shuffle is still silver 1.
I'm still in gambling "rest mode" but I think I'll start to come back later in order to wager at shuffle for the 2nd airdrop.
Pre monthly bonus was reload for 3 days and the same as yours, 2 types ($0.5 and $0.25)
Nothing to complain ofc since my activity is so low here.

Not your keys, not your coins!
Casino industry has grown so much, that there are definitely room for newcomers that are doing it right.
This industry is high competitive and newcomers have to do many things to survive in this industry before success. One of things for consideration is security to make sure that the platform won't be exploited by hackers and players. Exploitation causes many dramatic consequences from reputation to finance which all can damage the business operation in short term after an exploitation and also in long term.

Shuffle entered this market at the perfect time, and the fact that they are anticipating and preparing the upcoming regulations rather than trying to evade them tells me that they are serious. And rewarding community goes perfect with growth plans, as we can see from the chart.
They built up product in bear market and entered this industry during the bull run which is very helpful for the platform to expand their customers base and it's always easier to attract new users and get more bet money from the in bull run. We know there is fact that in bull run, people have more positive mood, more money from profit in trading, investment so that they can use more money for gambling and be more actively on gambling platforms.

Shuffle had sent pre-monthly bonus a few days ago. It was the first time I had received pre-monthly bonus from them. As a bronze 5 rank user, I had received two different reloads. One of them was worth $0.1 (for 3 days) and the other one was $0.0333 (for 3 days). According to the email, it was a fixed bonus amount for my rank. What is the bonus amount for higher ranked users?
I also got those two bonuses even though my level is on the lower side (Bronze 3). One of the best part about the bonus while claiming each of them was the timer counting down regardless of when you claim the last bonus.

I've been at Bronze 2 since Airdrop 1 finished. I think this is very uncommon for those who don't wager enough for the month, especially knowing that our rank is only bronze. Based on my experience, I haven't received a pre-monthly email before, even when I managed to wager. They don't even email the monthly bonus for Bronze Ranks. So this is something strange or new happening to me on Shuffle.com. I only regularly check the VIP tab to claim some bonuses if I wager here at Shuffle.com.
It was a nice surprise knowing the bonuses we mostly get are from the weekly and ranking up and it makes me want to push for Silver soon.

Same rank same amount bonus I received. I also received an email from Cam at Shuffle. I noticed I didn't receive the weekly bonus when I got this email, so I thought it was for the weekly bonus. This is also my first time receiving this type of email for the pre-monthly bonus.
Is the pre-monthly bonus uncommon on Shuffle? Since how long you are at bronze 5 rank there? I thought they give such bonuses on each month for bronze 5 and above rank. I had reached that rank in the last month. It was a bit confusional that they have sent the pre-monthly bonus at the end of the month.

Shuffle - Every month it grows... wagering up to 2 billion dollars. Shocked

But practically speaking, how much monthly wagered volume are the largest online casinos in promoted in BitcoinTalk making every month?

I'm not asking to compare and make presumptions on which one is "better", merely curious about Shuffle's current trajectory.
There are no clear statistics on the volume of wagered at online casinos promoted on Bitcointalk but we see Shuffle's monthly updates continue to increase.

Yeah Shuffle's trajectory is pretty good right now, I'm not even going to compare it we're just looking at the data provided by @noah.
Casino industry has grown so much, that there are definitely room for newcomers that are doing it right.

I don't know how much of this volume was from people who are trying to grind their vip stats and more $shfl airdrop, But in some sort of comparison, stake made $2.6 billion in revenue in 2022, so one can only wonder what the gambling volume was for that. And everything has grown like a rocket from since. And that's just a fracton when it comes to whole world's casino industry revenue, which has been growing like there wouldn't be an end to it.

Shuffle entered this market at the perfect time, and the fact that they are anticipating and preparing the upcoming regulations rather than trying to evade them tells me that they are serious. And rewarding community goes perfect with growth plans, as we can see from the chart.

I believe that the actual marketing that Noah described in the podcast that I posted in this topic has not launched yet? What would the trajectory be like when it has actually started?

Don't forget to lock in your prediction on Shuffle's NFL Survivor.

The mechanics and details about the contest can be found on the promo page so I wouldn't bother explaining it here.

There's also no entry fee so better not to miss out on the opportunity to win 1 ETH or a piece of it in case we have several users surviving after the final week.

Would you say for example exodus wallet with saved phrase code is good enough, lets say i want to hold there 100k in eth.

i don't see an easy way for me to lose access or get scammed unless i am stupid, and allergic to money
Exodus wallet is not a good wallet in my recommendation because that wallet is not open source.

You can see reviews on Exodus wallet with a short note that "No source".

Wallets 💰

DOs

  • Store your recovery seed offline. May it be on pieces of paper or a steel sheet, and store them somewhere no one else but you has access to.
  • Use a hardware wallet. If you own a decent amount of money invested in cryptocurrencies, store your funds on a reputable hardware wallet like a Ledger or a Trezor.
  • If you only have a few hundred dollars invested in cryptocurrencies, use reputable and open-source wallet software. Something like BlueWallet(Bitcoin) or Rainbow(Ethereum).
  • Be aware of the bitcoin and crypto scams. That way, it significantly lessens the chances of you falling for them.
  • Keep your software up to date. This applies to computers, mobile phones, software wallet version, and hardware wallets. Keeping your software up to date helps a bit in making sure your devices don’t get malware/viruses.

An advice for using password manager softwares that barely educated is "Don't store your Bitcoin or cryptocurrency wallet seed phrase or private key in password manager".

 👀

That's probably OK if you use it as a hot-wallet containing small amounts of Bitcoins, but try HODLing your whole life-savings in there, only the insane and the fools would be the sort of people who could sleep during the night.

An X post from Shuffle,

You can now buy SHFL directly with a credit card on Shuffle.

That probably could be a path for normies which they can use to gain entry in crypto.

Read my post again, if you're too lazy to read the answer is - NO.

I believe some libraries in Exodus are not open source. That's a major red flag if you're a cryptocurrency investor/user.

Just use the wallet to send to crypto and receive not connecing it to any 3rd party site or app

I guess only way for me to lose that money is by someone guessing my phone pincode and app exodus seperate pincod and having malware on my phone?

If you truly feel "safe" holding 100,000 Ethereum in Exodus, OK.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'm merely trying to give some practical advice on how to safely store/HODL Bitcoin/crypto.

I also don't like it, perhaps maybe some change

No need to ask to fill "Level 1" due we are not doing any verification "Level 2". Since, I'm not doing any verification, after filling the form but with my real data. I change again edited with random data.

Since, the data can be changed.

Asking Level 1 after registering are not quite appropriate, unless we are being forced from the casino who follow the regulation for every new user need "Level 2" before they can play and deposit. Then, I'm fine with those.

Some players could be not quite interested in verifying but want to play on "SHUFFLE", another things "Level 1" can be edited/update in setting actually user can just put random data at the first time they register. Make it, Level 1 after register not quite useful from my perspective.
I saw it on some small centralized exchanges too. They can simply let new users register and use their platforms but they require KYC level 1 with nationality and a full name. You know, this requirement is easy and a new user can submit fake information. Of course this practice is risky for user, because later if they have problems with accounts or want to upgrade to a higher KYC level like Level 2, they will have issues with the exchanges.

I guess that these exchanges do that simple KYC level, to avoid problems with governments, but not sure about Shuffle team's perspective on this policy.

Does anyone have good experience with SHUFFLE?

I just registered today, playing with a small balance. A new account is required to fill in "Level 1" verification, don't like these at the beginning. Anyway, playing a little original blackjack on SHUFFLE. It seems like the dealer still deals cards even the player bust. Quite interesting, just my two cents: Perhaps, for the SHUFFLE team remove "Level 1" verification for new members. If they want to do these, at least do so with a commitment to Level 2. The reason is that Level 1 it's data is needed for Level 2 and filling the "Level 1" data while the user is not doing any verification for "Level 2" is not quite comfortable.

Because, shuffle (i think) is obligated by law to obtain at least a name, address and date of birth. I agree that they might as well could verify the information, but that's probably not required on casual players that withdraw smaller amounts, and it's costly and slow for casinos manually verifying everyone. Especially when competitios isn't doing that either and when new growing casino is trying to get in more players fast.

And yeah, i had good experience with shfl. There were more glitches year ago that got fixed fast, but i haven't seen anything that annoys me for a while.

Sports betting could have wider selection and live streaming / live stats option, like in stake, and there should be more slots, but those are my only complaints.

Good can be interpreted in some ways, my experience is good enough although I do not play much as well as I do not win much but I think I'm in profit especially due to the SHFL airdrop.
No significant issue I get so far, starting from deposit to withdraw, all were good.

-snip-

Yes KYC level 1 is required but I dont think it is a big issue, the possibility to update/edit is even better (at least for me) because some players may do typo when they fill thier personal information so there is a chance for them to edit it when it comes to KYC level 2.
I wont be hypocrite because I did not like KYC in the past, but I can understand that KYC is now becoming more common due to license and regulation.
