Although there is no string at all for the bonus, but I dont think players will try to withdraw it without playing because KYC is needed in order to open the banking/wallet menu to deposit/withdraw. As OP said as well, by letting people to withdraw it straight away, it will also give them a feedback for their withdrawal system. The bonus is also limited to 50 users only, so even if all people try to withdraw it straight away, they will only spend $250 but I'm pretty sure no one will do KYC to withdraw $5 so the most possible case is that people will try to play it first trying to make more with the $5 in order to make it worth for KYC.
KYC isn't mandatory to withdraw your coins. Correct me OP if I'm wrong.

Level-1 KYC is there just to check who is sending money. It's better to ask for some basic personal information than to seize your find later. Besides, as OP said, you can send the level 1 KYC information anytime if you want to go further and submit full KYC information. So, it should not be a problem.

OP please share a clear picture about KYC as people seem very much confused.
What is the level 1 kyc any ways aren't their the informations we open our accounts with,  e.g full name,  email or mobile number,  aside from those mentioned requirements for operating an account on most casino,  level 2 kyc are only required on special occasion where player need to meet that prof of identity requirements.

So I don't see any big issue with what the ops are saying in their terms of service as regards to KYC demands, Most of those who have raised concerns about the issue of KYC may have taken it out of context.

I visited Shuffle twitter page and I found a lot of content and images unrelated with gambling or casinos, there are pizza images, alcohol, drinks, comical images, browsers, food, etc.
Are you sure you have visited the official twitter account of shuffle? I have been a follower of shuffle for quite long time now, maybe more than 3/4 months but haven't seen anything like that. At least I can't remember whether I have seen anything like that. Here's the official account of shuffle- https://twitter.com/shufflecom

some of the posts made by Shuffle on their Twitter account are in the form of replies so not all posts on the Shuffle account deviate from things related to gambling.

I see quite a few questions about requiring KYC L1 before depositing - this was a conscious choice from our team, we want to have some level of checks before we allow users to send us money as per the regulatory responsibility we have with our license. You can update your L1 KYC if ever you decided you wanted to go further and complete full ID verification with our L2 verification.

I am 50:50 in responding to matters related to KYC, with the increasing prevalence of underage gamblers, I support the steps of the shuffle team to supervise their users by carrying out KYC, maybe there will be pros and cons for this policy but I support the responsibility of shuffle team.

Had a quick look on the esport offerings,

The margins are  pretty impressive and the lowest i am aware of on all other sites - 1.91 vs 1.91 odds  (only 1 site  that i am aware of comes close to these  margins on CSGO handicap line)

However it seems  not all matches have handicap lines available and theres lines  for map 1 but not map 2, thats something that could be improved.

will definitely check out the site soon

This is a good feature and it will encourage players who don't mind playing in a KYC casinos because it will equip them with the knowledge that they will require KYC at the end if at all that they will be able to request for withdrawal, since they are already required to start up a KYC process from the beginning. It is something they could believe that the casino being straight up to KYC has no skeleton at the cupboard to pretend or try to seize winners money. Is like get the knowledge and choose what you want.

Whilst I'm every day more against using services requiring to undergo KYC procedures have to admit you choice of asking it before depositing it's really the fairest and most correct way to implement it : I hate seeing basically every gambling sites rolling out red carpets for new players/depositors only to introduce obstacle courses, often disguised as KYC, for withdrawals.

Hats off for your choice and good luck with your business.

However when depositing or withdrawing ETH, USDT or USDC. I can only send via Ethereum (ERC20) network. Is there a reason to this because i can't figure out why i couldn't use BEP20, TRC20, Arbitrum One, Polygon (even though you can deposit MAtic with it), or others.

We'll be adding all of these soon, We're slowly rolling out networks and coins as we go - I'll prioritise that for you!
Paying more attention to your deposits/withdrawal network is a paramount requirement that you need to take serious and the point raised by the mate is very important because having only ERC20 as the only network will automatically limit the number of transactions you receive in a day and that is because of some factors with your choice of network.

Not everyone wants to pay the high gas fee and have to wait several minutes to get the casino account credited due to network connections.

^ First of all I am glad to know that you are consistently and very actively answering users' concerns which brings interest to everyone here.
Since your casino accepted coins that have different blockchain networks, I just wanted to know if someone mistakenly sent it to the wrong network address would you be able to help them? I saw last week a casino did not help their regular customer just because of this mistake, sending a coin into the wrong blockchain network.
BTW, welcome to the forum, I can't wait to see your company on the top of the most competitive and reputable casinos.

With this level of activeness of representative here in the forum, I think he can help forum user here as much as possible. The casino you are referring has a Bitcointalk representative here that is rarely checking all the thread but they will surely help the specific user once the representative look into his case because that’s what the representative main job here in the forum which the normal casino support can’t do due to the exclusivity that we can get here.

@ndumm, you can use Yet Another BitcoinTalk Notification BOT to get notification on your telegram whenever some user mention you that needs some attention. This will help you to be updated on every inquiry about your casino.

I would like to know if you have a bug bounty program when it comes to issues/bugs/exploits that could be present on the site. I was looking around at the terms of service and other relevant sections of the site but could not find anything related to it. Would be greatly appreciated if you could post the relevant information here or on the site Smiley

Ethereum is a biggest altcoin and its blockchain is the best among many altcoin blockchains. I don't compare ERC-20 chain with Bitcoin blockchain as Bitcoin is unique and the best but among abundant available altcoins, Ethereum simply is the best altcoin.

Other altcoin networks can have congestions, overloads and security problems too but Ethereum is better. Of course you have to sacrifice convenience, comfortableness and cheap transaction fee for OPSEC.
ETH is just ONE platform that for example USDT or USDC are issued into. Without going to benefits of Arbitrum One, shuffle literally ALLOWS already all those other networks, by allowing those coins i mentioned about. So how does that fit to opsec?

Almost every casino /exchange allows those transactions with their tens of millions of dollars in revenue. Are you implicating that they don't care about security?

After playing with my $5 bonus i thought it could be worth it to try and play with more in hopes for an airdrop.

Only reason i could feel confortable with is that you are a new casino and haven't implemented / polished all the features yet. But i would like to know if this feature is coming in near future or not.

Also i can't see any info about minimum deposits so i am assuming there are not any limits on that.

So i am assuming you did you know the people running shuffle before you applied? Can you share anything about the team? And is your job desctiption in there helpdesk and PR? Or are you even the owner of this casino? Reason why i am asking is that most of the time normal bitcoin announcement accounts don't give answers in similiar way. You have a different, closer touch to it and i like it.

I am one of the owners of Shuffle. I know a lot of the other announcement accounts on here are fairly formal, but I'd rather keep it real. We're pretty transparent about Shuffle, we want people to know we're here for real and have no intention of leaving!

I sent a PM the day it was announced and got no reply, even asked support about it and they say that i'm farming the bonus for no reason at all. I know another person that sent a PM and he didn't heard from him.

Your account was seemingly a duplicate of a previous account, and so deemed you ineligible in the interest of allowing genuine people to use the site and play around. If you have a different bitcointalk account with activity that you'd like to PM me with, I'd be happy to give you the $5 to try it out. I have no other PMs from new Shuffle players that are waiting on the bonus, but if I've missed any I'd invite them to reach out again!

Sent you another PM explaining the situation, yes this is my first account on Btc talk forums and yes I made the account for this promotion following the recommendation of my friend that plays on shuffle. I do not have any other accounts on here, or on shuffle. These statements are assumptions. If you still have doubts about my explanation on pm you can keep the 5$..

I have one question. What makes you believe that Shuffle.com is "the next generation" of crypto casinos? Shuffle offers pretty much the same things all the other big crypto casinos are offering. Large variety of games, lots of deposit options, generous bonus program. What makes this casino to be "the next generation"? I don't see any innovative and revolutionary features. Maybe this slogan is just lazy marketing. I've seen around 100 crypto casinos on Bitcointalk, claiming to be "the future of gambling" or "the next big thing". Most of them are forgotten.

That's a valid question, it needs some context from us. There is a baseline expectation that's required for crypto casinos that's been set by Stake, Roobet, and the others who have been around far longer than us. This is an expectation that you have certain deposit methods, games, bonusing, promotions, etc. Shuffle as you see it now satisfies pretty much all of those baseline expectations, and we do it in a way that we think is competitive across every single aspect. In short, Shuffle right now could compete on every level (outside of a few sports-side things) with any other casino that has been in the space for 2+ years.

Now that we've reached product parity with everyone else, the innovation can begin. We have a super stacked roadmap around our product suite, bonusing, games, and promotions - the proof is in the pudding and these things take some time to build, so you'll have to give us some time to prove this. If you have any suggestions, we're always happy to take it onboard and build where it makes sense - at our core, we're a casino who listens to our users and builds what the people want.

Keep an eye on Shuffle, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with where we are this time next year. We're here for the long-run!

Yes, this is true and there you will find a lot of non-gambling related posts. Last gambling related post in their twitter handle was sometime back in February / March this year. but now we see some pizza's and other posts.

Below is the glimpse of their twitter handle.

Well those are replies and not meant as official announcements. Just interacting to regular posts in twitter is stealth marketing imho. Replies especially in comedy purpose humanizes the company and makes it seem less of a pushy advertisement, yet it's bringing attention to the account. Do that in right circles and you could attract potentially high value customers. And if closest non related post was from June, it isn't spamming imho.

May i ask what was your job at Alameda Research and how did you end up with Shuffle casino?
I was managing the OTC desk there and at FTX - I'm sure you can guess some of the reasons why I left in mid-2021. It was a lesson in the dos and don'ts of how to run a consumer-focused platform. I ended up working on Shuffle because I've always loved games and betting, started with chess and moved into poker later on. There's a lot of similarities between crypto casinos and exchanges (my forte) so I want to do for crypto casinos what I've done for crypto exchanges.
