Unconsciously, they develop an addiction that initially did not exist at all, but because of the habits that are done slowly, addiction occurs even though it is not realized. The behavior of continuing to gamble is also because of wrong thinking such as they are confident that they will be able to win for sure while there is no sure way to win and in fact they are only chasing luck which they should not do because it will only make them addicted and difficult to get out. Someone who is trapped in a cycle of addiction will find it difficult to get out or recover even though they get outside help as is usually discussed, help from psychologists or families who encourage them, but that does not guarantee it either because the main key is in the addict himself.
That is why when I play gambling I constantly listen to my inner state and the feelings I experience. I cannot say that at these moments I feel pleasure from the game, definitely not. But I am sure that the next time I go like this I will not think of it as a great entertainment that I constantly want to return to. So why am I gambling at all?
The thing is that sometimes I get bonus promo codes and they need to be played, trying to turn them into real money. This is how I play, not perceiving gambling as fun and not giving a chance to addiction.
If you have a good control it won't affect your intention though not all have that same mentality, and most of the time when you already got engaged your perception change especially when your adrenaline push you. But there's really some that can limit themselves knowing that gambling can penetrate and lead them into addiction those wise gamblers base their decision from the experienced they've got.
The better you can control the chance that you may not turn into addiction, just wisely playing the game with the same intention that you are aiming each time you play whatever types of gambling you are involved.
