Maybe they could hire someone from their team to check forum few times per week and answer questions quicker, but they are never going to be in forum 24/7 every day.
Yeah Sinbad seems to have other preferences, which is their good right. I'm happy with the campaign and with the monthly contest, even though I mostly struck out there, haha.
But I also understand where examplens is coming from. Showing some more presence would definitely help their brand I think. Mostly there is someone from them online only once or twice a money, when the contest ends and starts.
About the payment and so on, it has been sent and I also think it was the first time it was actually delayed, so no need for fear here. Only problem is the transaction fee which was way too low to confirm, there have been some complaints about that already , no patience. But also bad timing to make it low since some people already waited eagerly for the payment, now they have to wait even longer. But I'm not complaining. Happy to be with sinbad.
