Its not wrong at all, ADA is one of the best alt coin at the moment and hopefully that it will rise soon. We will see new alts will rising and there are chance eth will beaten.

Ethereum is dropping price is alarming much more than the rate at which bitcoin is dropping price and it's disturbing because I have investment in ethereum, even I just exchanged svd to ethereum on Hitbtc last night and still contemplating on if I should leave it as ethereum and watch it for a while or exchange to Fiat and use the money for another altcoins because my faith in confidence in ethereum is declining. I'm only hoping some positive changes come in time

I think you have shouldnt sold all your ethereums. You have should sold Half of ethereum and bought ADA. Your investment have should been %50 ethereum and %50 ADA or other altcoins. I always hold ethereums or Bitcoins. I think this is safe choice.
You would have been better off just holding the BTC.
