Trading altcoins are profitable too if you have the proper knowledge and prediction skills. I've seen many people in YoBit earning around $100 a day with full-time trading. They probably have really good knowledge and good prediction skills/intuition.

That's a good amount of profit if you can do that consistently in a daily basis, I presume those people that kind of amount is doing day trading right? Can share some of the altcoins that are predictable in value so we can profit all here. I see some huge fluctuations of ether, is this what you are talking about?

not everybody mines you know, mining is something that certain groups of people are doing they are either enthusiastic crypto supporters that run their equipment as a hobby or the rest are having cheap electricity that lets them do such an investment.

Some peopel can find a benefit by investing on some ant miners, if you are in the right place, you can still make something monthly, some people is doing 1 BTC a month with a couple of ant miners on their backyards, but you gotta have a really good deal for electricity.

It is nice that you are going to all in in Bitcoin because you also can see now that there are now more people that is going to use Bitcoin and it is also more acceptable.

But altcoins are equally profitable, if we do it with correct way. we have to follow the right path, trading is easy but not that much , for altcoin trading we have to know the timing, correct timing is very important. we should know when to sell and when to buy back. and sell again. and of course choosing correct altcoin is also important.. Etherium have the great trading potential now.

The bitcoin price is quite low at the moment. So it might be a good idea to buy more bitcoin at present.

Now is the good timing to buy, if the OP haven't sold his ALTS yet, I may suggest that do not sell it all, you might wanna left a little numbers of it because we don't know what the future brings. The value might appreciate in the future, just like what happen to bitcoin who is dying and even died for the past years but came roaring to be stronger now.

Even altcoin mining isn't always that profitable as the devs and pumpers behind the coins insta mine to get the most amount of coins. By the time you manage to earn some altcoins through mining, the price of that altcoin may already got dumped to the bottom.

Yes to the second part, but you'd be crazy to think bitcoin has more potential to make you money in the short term. The action has switched to alts no matter how you wanna look at it.

As you can see now indeed you see that Bitcoin is getting more popular and that is quite nice for the currency itself because more people are going to use it.

Most of the altcoins are scam and their price dumps so fast and very high, selling altcoins before the halving is a good idea because the exchange rate of altcoin to bitcoin will be decreased which brings lost in profit.

this topic is a little old, by the time of the starting post it seemed like a good idea to go all in with bitcoin (it is still not a bad idea) but as i have also said before i would never go all in anything. and always keep a part on my investment in other things. and altcoins like LTC are the best choice at the moment.
