Not all ICOs are fraudulent. Everything has two sides, the bad guys have taken advantage of people's greed for profit to deceive them. There are still ICO projects that exist and develop very well in the market.
Not all icos are scams but the majority of them are, if the number of scams was low I'm sure that there will be a lot of people that will be willing to invest in icos and support the developers in their search to improve the market of cryptocurrencies, but with the number of scams being so high I cannot blame all the people that have renounced to invest in icos at all.

ofcourse yes, not all ICOs are scam, though there are a whole lots of fake ICOs around now but that is not to say that all of them are scams. but the problem not boils down to 'how do we know if an ICO is good or fake. personally one of the things i do is to read about the so called ICO, ask questions in their telegram group, though this is not enough to differentiate the good and bad ICO but it will go a long way in helping to identify them to some extent.

A lot proven that some ICO is not a scam. Many bounty hunters are deals here work and they are hoping to become  a successful achievers and be millionaire someday. We use to be careful in participating them choose a good one for no doubt.
Even though there are currently many ICOs that fail but are true as you say if there are still many good potential ICOs, even though it's hard to find them. but with serious research in choosing ICO, I think this problem will be resolved. we must examine every aspect of ICO including from concept to manager.

I think to get ico that good now is difficult. we really have to understand the ico well and analyze it so we can know whether the ico that will be followed has good prospects or not.

currently it is very difficult to see a scam or legit ico because there are also many cases that have been well reviewed by websites that usually review an ico but in fact the ico is a scam or the project is no longer running which resulted in the price being destroyed when in the market, in my opinion current investors who follow ico mostly use their feel without analyzing because the reality of the analysis is currently useless.

You can argue as long as you like about the fact that most projects are scam, and it will be true, but nevertheless every day there are projects that are destined to become the second Google, Amazons and Facebook.

Market is full of spam, so if you are new and you want ICO then SciDex is best choice, This allows the expression and execution of more complex transactions. The result: readable, compliant and adaptive smart contracts for complex assets transaction.

I agree. Despite the big numbers of ICOs turning out as scams, there are still plenty that offers a legitimate project. One must really have to do some research so these real ones would be identified. ICOs are a great  investments options so investors must be 101% sure that they are joining a legit one.

of course your steps are to follow all, and thank you for sharing them with us
