good luck today everyone. Top 3 in our pool is still possible for at least 10 users i think, although most of us are gonna need those at the top of the leaderboard to mess up their last prediction tonight

man, the amount of ppl who missed out on the free bets competitions is crazy, not sure if they didn't know or simply didn't care. Either way, bump in prizes for the last competiton is pretty hefty (thank u Steve and SB), let's see if they show up tonight. Btw, great job organizing every competition, Trofo 👍

Screw that last minute Colombia goal. I had a draw in our pool and expected big things, now I am out of the paid places for the first since beginning with just one game to go on.

^ There's bound to be fans at the final, whether they let them in or not haha! Funny thing now I'm reading about a LOT of Brazilians apparently rooting for Argentina -- normally it's so strange, much as I have so many complaints against my country, can't see myself not supporting it. I do get it though, a lot of anger from Brazilians towards their own country, hosting Copa with all the problems going on right now.

I think I have more than enough for regular competition now, Argentina flavoured one will be tougher to organize. I will probably just resort to repeat some markets. For example total corners in regular and Argentina corners in other one.

The lack of dust on the account seems to me a rather strange phenomenon, given that for some reason it seemed to me that all the participants in our pool are regulars at Sportsbet. In any case, it doesn't matter ... because the thought occurred to me that because the amount is not significant, the winning bet in the end may turn out to be an absolutely absurd combination. Returning to the discussion ... what about "How the 1st goal will be scored" + "Number of corners in the first half" + "Both Teams To Score In The Second Half" + something that buwaytress suggested.

I don't think that it is a problem for each of us to place a bet, say, in the amount of 0.02 mBTC ^{[this is the minimum allowed rate]}, especially considering that even with a relatively small coefficient, you can win (if the combinations of other participants do not work).

Another suggestion that could be used:
1st to get yellow card
1st to get corner
1st to use sub
1st to offside
Last to offisde
Last to use sub
Last to get yellow card
Last to get corner

Or, make it a race: 1st to 3 corners, 2 yellow, 2 subs, 2 offsides.

With a tiebreaker of pick minute of 1st corner/card?

great news, would like to suggest a few competitions, that are more "roulette"
for example - kick-off (coin-toss winner), first shot on target, first shot off-target, first card, first corner, first substitution, or regarding players - Fabinho to start the match, Di Maria to start the match

some of these are easy to check, and could be interesting
I am on the bottom in the pool, and do not have preference between Brazil and Argentina, so not that much interested in final score, just good football

I doubt that they will allow spectators to attend game. It's sad because they would make this final even more epic. Imagine Brazil - Argentina in full Maracana.
It's a bit sad that game will be played so late on Sunday - it's not best time for us in Europe. But I think it's not big deal to sacrifice sleep for such game.
Personally, I hope that Messi finally will win trophy with national team. If he will lose again, it would be huge hit for him.

Passes completed is something I am not sure where to check so I am skipping it. I will stick to markets that are easy to check. Your second idea must be avoided since it is a last game and our pool is really close. Every point is important and those choices would give up way too much data to competition

Your third idea looks like fun, I just don't know how to implement it but will think about it and try to include it in some form.

These are easy to implement so they will be part of competition most likely.

Messi taking a major national trophy on Maracana in Brazil, that would be something for sure and something which will motivate Brazilians even more. Not that they need extra motivation when playing Copa final against Argentina Wink

Only final that could have happened. Both Brazil and Argentina showed their quality from the beginning while other favourites like Uruguay played poor. Colombia was ok but they missed so many chances during this competition, a bit strange with the profile of strikers they have.

Nevertheless we will see in the final of the classic confrontation between Brazil and Argentina. Perhaps this is the best option that could happen, it will attract the attention of a large number of people. In this final I see the perk of Brazil, although both teams are of a very high level and each equally deserves to win.
