Well it was enough for me that Piastri did the worse possible, he managed to get past Lando at the first lap but at the cost of nearly a double DNF if Lando would have responded to that move as it was Lando class that let it go and it was the move that ruined the race. I cannot understand how stupid was the team of McLaren in the strategy they could have talked before the race and give an order of no passes in the first 2-3 laps then race on, it was just little needed to have gotten that P1-2 they were expecting before the race. Stupid in the true meaning of the word and it reminds me of Hungaroring where they gifted victory to Piastri, what the f*ck is wrong with this team, I am a fan of them but after yesterday race I wish they don't win the Constructors Championship so they can feel what Lando felt yesterday because of that stupid kid Piastri, shitty team mate.

So does this mean we are going to see different results after the race ended, just like we saw 2 races before after George Russell got disqualified from the win of that race for some problems? That would make things interesting as now I see that I made some wrong assumptions, I only got a 0.5 points against the 2nd place and the 3rd place got a yellow cap, I am assuming you are hsh1 there in the leaderboard by what you say. Well let's see how that make people better or worse as it means that Alonso should get a place in the points and most people including me has him in the top 10 yet I never saw such thing as a 10 seconds penalty although with all the damage and dangerous overtakes Magnussen did in Monza, touching people here and there I agree and it is the right punishment.
Yes I'm hsh1.It's really annoying how slow Superbru updates are....anyway Magnussen still had an advantage of more than 10 seconds over Alonso and finished 10th instead of 9th.
So Magnussen just swapped places with Albon.
Good news is next race will be without Magnussen and Sargeant...they ruined so many predictions for me

I watched today race and it was very exciting with many changes and risky tactics by Ferrari that paid off.
They wanted to make a statement in Italy and nobody expected them to go only one time in pit stop.
I listened Verstappen after the race and he said they basically have to change complete car for Azerbaijan Grand Prix

Same here. I was in love with Monza since I was a kid too and I can't wait for this race to happen and hopefully , Ferrari on pole ?
Unfortunately they didn’t have a pole but Ferrari did win a race! 
It was lowkey expected and unexpected at the same time. I knew Norris was gonna be overtaken again before even Lap 1 ended it is one of his weaknesses for sure but I also knew that Mclaren is a rocketship and Norris might easily get his position back but alas it’s the red car on top!
What a shame though that we could have both Ferrari drivers on the podium in front of the tifosi. That would have been such a beautiful sight to see.

I'm certain that Verstappen won't reach podium.
It is hard to be certain, but I know that the track has hard overtakes and might be Determined with a good strategy who is the winner. I do hope that it is an entertaining race. I'm certain that Verstappen won't reach podium.
And finally Norris with a decent enough start but awful first lap.

Grandissimo from Leclerc and Ferrari! I'm so freaking happy right now for them and finally a strategy that can be worth of Ferrari.
This season is insane so far! At this point , I'm not even certain that RedBull can keep their 2nd position in Constructor Championship because Ferrari is looking faster than them in this 2nd part of the season and if RedBull won't find anything soon and if Perez will still not help his team with points , then Ferrari will finish 2nd for sure and McLaren will be champions.

Well done to Ferrari who with that win made sure that everybody in the pool got the same points almost, at least I was 0.5 points from the yellow cap, anyway congrats to sojourner and hsh1 for winning the yellow cap, I think it is two in a row for sojourner if I am not mistaken so double congratulations to him. Personally I am happy that won points against the 2nd and 3rd places in the standing and got to equal points with the 1st guy leading the leaderboard, if you guys have not yet noticed just another 8 races and this season is over, I am sure the very next race after two weeks will have even bigger emotions than we saw here in Monza, we are racing in Baku, one of the best tracks of the calendar, a super fast city circuit.

Total domination of team McLaren in today F1 qualifications with Norris winning pole position and Piastri second place.
I listened to Verstappen speaking after qualifications and he seemed concerned, I dont think they have time to make corrections and they are to slow to win races with this cars.
I think McLaren is wining this race and constrictor title in the end of the season, unless some big changes happen soon.

I decided to go for some different picks as I need to take some risks to rise in the standings by a few positions. However Leclerc disappointed me in the qualifying session. 
He was only able to finish at the 4th place. He complained about the car a lot after the end of the session as well. He says the car doesn't turn at all. It is the same situation for Verstappen which led him to finish at the 7th position. Do you expect Verstappen to climb to podium tomorrow?

Do you expect Verstappen to climb to podium tomorrow?The race is a different thing and in this track all teams has a lot of data from previous years, I mean from the last previous years as that means having the same regulations as of know in F1. Based on those regulations I think that any team including Redbull can make changes to their race setup and if they want a gamble they can do so, they can opt for starting with the hard tires making a different strategy to anyone else in the top ten, in this track tire degradation from previous years has been felt although last race we saw improvements in this regard, so yeah plenty of options for Redbull tomorrow in order to make them make at least Max go to the podium as I think that is the maximum they can achieve, McLaren are simply on another planet now regarding performance.

I knew I could trust Norris once again. He did it and took the pole with a wonderful lap. 
Piastri's performance was also great of course. He is really great at keeping up with Norris. I believe McLaren has the best duo among the top teams now.
I thought about giving Leclerc a chance for the pole also by the way. I'm not going to lie but I'm glad for not making such mistake. He was way below the expectations because of having issues with his car.
I was impressed by Russell's taking 3rd place. After Antonelli crashed his car we were curious what was going to happen. But it looks like things are good for now.
This time I didn't had any doubts about Norris. And now it's difficult to see who can stop him from winning race. He only should improve reaction time on start - he already missed start in some previous races. But I guess that now he will have less pressure when there is no Max near to him. Can't remember when Red Bull had such poor qualifying last time. Piastri's performance was also great of course. He is really great at keeping up with Norris. Antonelli crash happened yesterday, so Mercedes had enough time to repair Russell's car. It's good that it didn't happened on FP3. BTW, today it was confirmed officially that he will race for Mercedes next season. Will be interesting to follow, there is lot of hype around this kid. And coincidence or not, it was confirmed when another man named Kimi visiting GP - legendary Kimi Raikkonen

Im in the same line, i changed Verstappen for pole just before the qualyfication start and select Leclerc hoping he find a super lap with new tyres and in home but ende up being a new dissapointed qualy for Ferrari. Super job again by McClaren and also a very good job made by Mercedes.
And yes..... im gonna comment about Colapinto, what a shame that last stint, i think he really can go into Q2 after having a super FP3.

Impressive qualifying from McLaren and catastrophic qualifying from Redbull, if that is not enough Max has in front of him,two Ferraris and two Mercedes cars to make the race tomorrow much more interesting than it usually is. For a change I am starting in the pool with 3 points in the bag already, something I missed in the 2-3 last races as I believed more than I should in Verstappen, in this track learn the lesson after seeing McLaren dominance last week, in here it was even more powerful as a dominance and as such under normal racing conditions I don't see any threat to McLaren race than McLaren itself .

Oh, I didn't know there was a crash in FP1. I only read about Toto Wolff being satisfied with the data Antonelli has had. In FP2, Russell finished in 6th place by the way. There is still a lot of time until qualifying so I believe his car would be ready.
Ferrari looks really ambitious this weekend. They have brought big upgrades and they are here to win something. Maybe a Ferrari pole this time? It is possible considering Ferrari took pole here in the last 2 years.
