iPhone browsers don't matter because Apple forces everything to use the Safari engine. Brave on Android uses Chromium, which is what Chrome uses. I doubt it will help, but I suppose it is worth a shot. I'm having no issues on a Pixel 2 XL on Firefox with uBlock Origin installed (Snapdragon 835, which is an octa-core). I'm not sure what laggy performance counts as for you, the site still relatively runs well with Firefox + uBlock Origin on my old ZTE Axon (Snapdragon 801, 2 GB RAM).

As it should have 3 confirmations before you can request a withdrawal. If it has 3 confirmations or more then its better to ask live support, I believe they will help you as soon as possible as it is not a big issue IMO.
