@KTChampions Something needs to change, this is drama football, like a soap opera, when we need to play football again. But it's not about Xavi, or Flick. It's about the top.
When I look at Barcelona from afar (in the sense of not just one season, but several), they remind me of United (and Bayern is now also following a parallel course like Barcelona, but with a lag of a couple of years). The clubs (Barcelona and Bayern) really need changes, and not at the level of coaches, but at the level of management/business model (to be honest, I can’t say exactly what is needed specifically), I saw how United was slowly sliding into nowhere and all this was accompanied by some kind of scandals vanity and nonsense and now the same thing is happening with Barcelona/Bavaria.
I don’t even know what the roots of these processes are. Maybe bureaucracy (and therefore corruption) in management? But Real does better under the same conditions. Maybe it's a matter of personalities? Well then, taking into account Laporta’s many years of work at the club, we should blame him first of all.
In general, I don’t know anything, but the naked eye can see which clubs are developing and which are in a downtrend.
Yes, it is one big soap opera as I can remember, the last time we were truly together as a family was during MSN times. And not to discredit Laporta but him leaving was actually good, then somehow as soon as Neymar left, it started to fall apart not because of the player but just the way finances and the club getting run, and then the Suarez exit was the biggest sign of what kind of club we were becoming. Then Laporta comes back. Then Messi shameful exit.
It is not easy for exact problem solving but I think first, you cannot have a politician and a lawyer also leading the club. That means 3 jobs, and each will be crossing over and sacrificing, of course the football club is the one that gives up the most. That's why our club paid corruption fees and bribes, because you had politician leading the club, and you have politician leading Spanish refereeing!! I like Spain and La Liga but this mixing of politics with football is the worse MF shit thing in the world.
Bayern issues are corruption and scandal too, true, and Manchester United from the start was owners who use the club as a business purely for profit and banking. But no way same the kind of scandal Barcelona are in.
Real Madrid president also problematic but at least he is not in Spanish politics. He's a businessman, that's normal
And so he knows how to run Real's finances, very good!
Barca has some same issues at the surface. Players with "power" and high wages. The easiest to fix is finance. If you are a millionaire and you become bankrupt, you cannot say I want to continue eating steak every day, you must learn to eat rice lol so we need to stop hiring Lewandowskis we must focus on youth, fix our finances. Politicians make the worst financial managers. Hence our situation.
