We should all do better, to be honest I also try but sometimes it's just me back to back and I think the forum mods don't like that (I had posts like that deleted in the past ).
Yeah I dropped the ball a little here as well, most of my posts end up in BSFL thread since there is always somebody asking something there while we here are all experienced Superbru troopers and everything goes as it should.

Bumping threads should be allowed once per day. Meaning you can just write bump and no mod will touch it if 24 hours passed. If you just edit your post you did not bump the thread so that is one way.

Also La Liga is sort of boring this season, we knew Barca will take it for some time now and I must admit I am not very invested in La Liga relegation battle. Premier League has gotten way more attention from me this season.

Espanyol situation its really horrible, i dont want to be in their shoes right now.

Imagine your rival of the city winning the League title in your own stadium and plus you are in relegation with high chance to go down to LaLiga2.

but Valencia win in Celta was good enough to put this topic back on first page

Alberto Mari header few minutes before end was good enough to get three points, and those three should be enough to secure avoiding relegation this season
onwards to last four matches, and better next season

Anyway, well done Valencia, of course I'm happy my own team is already crossed the line safely, but except for celebrations that probably could have been done better.

What can be better than winning La Liga title at stadium of your main city rival after simply destroying them? Probably only doing same thing at Santagio Bernabeu can be better Cheesy. Anyway, this season leaves mixed feelings. Today we saw face of Barca that we missed in many games this season. Dominating, high scoring, not winning games 1:0 without making many moments and having some luck. So, congrats to all Barca fans here. Visca Barca!
EDIT
It's a bit sad that game didn't ended 4:0 and Barca let Espanyol to score twice, but it doesn't matter anymore. And what a shame that Espanyol fans attacked Barcelona players while they celebrated title. But what else you can expected from these rats. I hope that this shameful club will relegate to Segunda and will stuck there for long.
And Atletico - have no words about them today. They looked amazing recently, scoring 3-5 goals in recent games and now they somehow managed to lose against Elche who already relegated maybe few months ago.

I definitely think Bernabeu celebrations is way way better.

Indeed, a Barca face that's rare. Lewandowski going crazy. 4 goals, and then letting in 2 lol.

Its gonna be real interesting the relegation fight until the lasts rounds.
-snip

after Sevilla overturned their match with Espanyol, I think that two teams that are going to Segunda are known, but third one will be a real fight

hope to see Getafe or Valladolid there, but we are also close to relegation, and form improved a bit with Baraja, but far from expected
even the schedule does not mean a lot, all teams can lose against any opponent

surprised that Almeria is holding that good, expected that they will be first to relegate

One week break and the weird thing is we could win the title before we play (if Atletico lose, then they must win every game and we must lose every game, while making up 16 goal difference).

Of course the mathematics just means Barca have to make it impossible, but I think that week the title is confirmed.

nice win on Sociedad, somehow expected, but it is never easy to bet against Real or Barca

It's a weird week in a way, and the only game to bet on is Osasuna for me which I did looking at Real performance. I know they will win, that's what they gave La Liga away for, but you never know.

Im really surprised in how the Atletico Madrid retook his form, they are in a very good run since the exit of Joao Felix, i hope they sell this cry boy in yhe next window of transfers, b ecause he is on Chelsea but only in a loan without buy option.

You're totally right there. I had now on my current multibet still alive Newcastle who won big, and then also Atletico (but usually I don't trust them to win big).

I'll try a bigger handicap multibet if my next 2 ones lose, try for lower games and bigger odds instead.

Now only I rarely make less than 5 games because of insurance :p

it will be tough to seal five handicaps, but yeah usually favorites win with margin, if they win (will be good to have some statistics on that in La Liga)

Valencia took important point against Villareal, relegation battle is still on, you simply can't push Getafe low and secure positiob, now Valladolid is endangered as well, they seemed good few rounds ago

nice win on Sociedad, somehow expected, but it is never easy to bet against Real or Barca

The last time Real lost, they were resting their key players in front and in back. Last night, they had Courtois back but 2 key players missing in front.

This was very hard to know unlike EPL news which shares lineups easily, I guess Spanish sites have this too but Google doesn't show me until too late but still, well done to those who picked Socieded, which I only did in BSFL!!

Barca seal the title next week if they draw, or if Real don't win Smiley

Sociedad have big cushion now but meet all the top teams of La Liga in remaining fixtures!

Handicaps are very hard in multibets I think, too much near misses.

Yes it is, but when you win you get a big multiplier. Look at how weak the odds are now for simple wins by outsiders (I'm not even talking about favorites) - now is the stage of the season when most teams (Real, Barcelona, Napoli, etc.) can lose simply because they don't really need a win, or because that they are exhausted and cannot (Arsenal, Borussia, United, etc.) therefore odds on a simple result are unfavorable. It seems to me that in such conditions it is necessary to take more risk and either bet on an outsider or take a bet with a handicap.

It is very disappointing to guess the main "mystery" (Brandford's victory) but lose a multibet due to outcomes that were included there only for the sake of increasing the odds. It's good that I didn't have a similar disappointment from my free bet, take a look:

By the way, now it seems to me that it makes sense (when choosing favorites) to take a handicap. Because if the favorite is unpleasantly surprising, then in any case it is a loss, but if they win, then everything is likely to go "like clockwork" and the handicap seriously increases the odds.

You said it the way I felt it. But to be fair Chelsea losing to a decent team isn't really even surprising anymore. I think they along Liverpool as together were last season's finalists in two cups, this season are not feared by even the weakest team.

At least Real and Barca are still feared, but if we lose the way we both did this weekend as a habit, the fear factor will disappear.

Lamine Yamal become youngest ever player ever to play for Barca at 15 years of age. And what a debut it was - he was very close to score a goal and also made perfect pass to Dembele, but he failed to score too.
It is always good to see young players getting their first minutes for the clubs in games like these. There is no pressure so they can perform to the best of their abilities and whatever happens they can fondly remember they were part of big win. Nice to see Xavi is keeping a close eye on his youngsters. Barca was always at its best when they had a couple of key players from their own youth school.

Today Barca scored more goals than in 5 recent games. 4:0 against Betis. Finally watching Barcelona game gave me positive emotions after several terrible performances. But it was so strange to see Betis playing so poor. It was nice to see how Camp Nou welcomed Betis legend Joaquin, but he got injury and I hope it wasn't his last game in career. Of course after Real cost me two tickets, Barca cost me an even bigger one.

I should have just stuck to Brentford alone but being a freebet, the winnings was going to be less than the odds, (minus wager amount) and I thought Barca would get another narrow victory to try and wrap up the title even earlier.

Boy I was wrong!!

Don't want to talk much about yesterday's Barca game, shortly, it was one of worst games this season and no chance to win. At this stage I'm just waiting that season would end sooner because now Barca looks capable to waste such big lead.
Today I mistakenly pot much bigger stake on Villarreal than I planned, it was more than half of my bankroll. Try to imagine my reaction when Villarreal made score 2:2. Fortunately for me Villarreal won game and gave me big relief.
Very important win for Valencia. And Athletic - Sevilla. Game almost without dangerous moments, 2 goals cancelled by VAR and very stupid foul on 90th minute. Result of it - penalty, Ocampos goal and not very deserved Sevilla win.

that was a tough win, but last minute goal saved us, and three points are booked against Valladolid
second half was just shot-out for Valencia, without any target, try and shot to reach the goal line somehow, and hope to see it into the net (but all expect two goals were wide off the target)

nevertheless, after this three pointer, it is getting easier to finish off relegation battle and push Cadiz/Almeria/Getafe into Segunda

Yikes Slam, sounds like you're also getting the "get ruined by the club you support" disease heh.

That said, I have been getting a few steady MLs on Barca when odds are 2/1 and up, maybe stick to that kind of value bet? Or try correct scores of 1:0 and 2:0 heh heh.

What do you guys think of this Sevilla coach? The most direct ever, what they need now. But someone they will have to replace, surely, next season? Odds on them today are incredible too...
