All my picks in early too. Going to be really busy and I might forget. Some tight fixtures so I actually went for draw but only on the Friday opener.

Well that was such a relief. I know Sevilla are always going to be tough so to see us get 3 goals plus keep a clean sheet is a big improvement, but of course I understand that we should expect more close games, this time it seemed we were not only able to hold out but sustain pressure to get 3 second half goals!

But as Xavi said, at this time of season with intensive calendar getting 3 points is most important thing, rather than trying to score as many goals possible. So, we can expect another game with 1:0 score, but so far in 2nd half Barca struggle.

Elche win had to happen sooner or later, but it wasn't easy to expect that they will do it against Villarreal. But it was deserved.
Probably worst round in betting for me. Backed Villarreal, Betis and Real Sociedad. BTW, wtf Betis 3:4 Celta, that's crazy.
I don't even talk about Real loss, but my money wasn't there and it's great result for Barca. Atletico draw with Getafe probably is least surprising thing last round.

Elche situation is just what latin refers to as "mortuum flagellas", that is; flogging a dead man! I don't see them surviving the relegation battle by any means, but a few wins is actually good for the mental health and ego of the players, they're up against Real Madrid in their next fixture, we can all agree that's just about another high hill to climb for them. Real Madrid lost their game against Mallorca, and would be looking to bounce back against the worse team in the league, or could as well forget about any chance of defending their title.

World Cup competition you mean like with quizzes and H2H with fellow bastards? I love that! This championship should be on Barca to loose. They aren't playing in Champions League so they can even rotate much more than Real and they already have an advantage.
