I am not sure Raphinha was worth that much money, Lewa on the other hand is getting towards the end of his career but he should guarantee 20+ goals per season and that will come handy. Looking at that formation you linked above, I am thinking both to score on every single game

Where does the money for this transfers come from? So far they have spent more than any other club and they are in debts. Perfect example of modern football

Fantasy I won't play, I have not much ideas of players in England. Even in Spain these days I am getting less and less up to date due to work. It was so bad last few seasons I didn't even realize some players had retired all over the place (or my brain pretends they are still playing).

I agree that if you want to play in all pools, you have to spend quite significant money for it. I'm playing in all football pools + F1 pool. But it's not something what I can't afford to spend for whole season fun

In my country people are earning 300 dollars on average. If these people want to join all of the pools on the forum they will have to spend nearly their one-month earnings. Therefore whatever the entry fee is I respect it. Therefore a 1.5 mbtc entry fee is good for me as well.

agree, add to that probable world cup pool, and it is above 0,01 BTC upfront, but it is whole season fun, and you are there for several yellow cups, just on statistics in La Liga and Calcio (38 rounds vs 15-20 participants)

and you can get prize in the end, so very well spent money at the beginning, for a season of fun, it is hard to see it better, but shirt would made it

Hey guys, can't wait for upcoming season. Offcourse that I'm going to play, count me in. I'm going to play in Serie A pool, despite that most likely I'm going to be in the bottom part of table Cheesy

. I'm also fine with 1.5 mBTC, I don't think that's too much.
In general I'm happy about Barcelona transfers. Seems that Lewandowski will join Barca too. Few years ago it was difficult to imagine him in Barcelona, I always thought that one day he will move to Real. But there is some things which left mixed feelings. Departure of Dani Alves and story with de Jong doesn't looks good.

agree, would not mind if it is bigger than 1,5mBTC, but as you said if we play several leagues (and we play almost all), it comes to be a bigger amount for playing

and if we can get more participants on lower entry fee, than it is all solved, and that would be better for sponsorship as well, correct me if wrong

1.5mbtc is okay. It is definitely a lot of money even at low BTC price for some people, $30 if we can spend it means we are lucky than most of the world BUT I think if you cannot make 1.5 mbtc you should not be gambling

It is really very good to see these pools continuing in this year as well. I don't know how I missed these pools last year. But in this year I'm definitely going to participate in not only the Serie A pool but also the La Liga one. Frankly, my preference is 2 mbtc per person as an etry fee as Bitcoin price has gone down these days. But I would respect every kind of decision about this.

I would personally love to increase the fee even to much higher levels but then we have the problem of pricing out casual players and we don't really have too high numbers here. Experience wise I believe that 30$ is ok for most of us and that is about 1.5 mBTC at the moment. I am leaning towards that number but wanted to hear some inputs from others as well.

There is quite a few of us that play all the pools on the forum and money needed to enter all that always gets to about 100$ that is serious money in most parts of the world. This season, I hear there are some more pools in the works and some new sponsors so it will come up to 150$ or even 200$ for participating in all of them. That is money well spent, since ROI is incredible but you still have to have that money to start with.

No problem, deadline for payment is time when first game starts. I like to have complete funding for the pool at that time so I can work out rewards and similar. That being said if you or anybody else is tight for money I am sure there is couple of us here who are willing to help. If need arise just shoot me a PM and I will pay for you and you will pay back when you get in some signature campaign.

Valencia was not that active in transfer window so far, and this will be hard season as well, nevertheless we have more than a month till home match with Girona, to set a good start
