Damn it! Look at MoSala!! Four correct picks and moved up 7 steps!!! So far 14 points and is it guaranteed that he is going to have the yellow cap?

I am gonna watch Liverpool this evening, hope we will have a win today as well.

Our captain's been hitting the smooth spots too -- 81 points from exact scores! That's more than 1 game per matchweek, which is the precise average 4 or 5 of us have.
How do you get these statistics. I am interest to see my average. I always struggle to get correct exact picks.

Wolves game will be the tight one to decide. I'm actually wondering if I should change my prediction...
We need to have a draw somewhere and this game screams draw to me. Low scoring one at that since Wolves are involved. I am not brave enough to go under or both to score since I feel this will be 1:1 game. Just placed ML bet on draw as a part of low stake many games multi so hopefully it will come to something. If it does maybe Steve finally publishes one of my tickets instead of those bloody Brazilian ones Smiley

Well, looks like your smartypants behaviour's put you in some serious contention for yellow cap (and top 5 cementing) casper! A lot of surprises, and bookies were very close anyway -- except for Villa, City, United and Liverpool, every team I see is within 2/1 to 3/1 odds -- so I'd say only market volumes were affecting bookie lines.

Spurs disappointed me big time, and what is worse is that result is more than fair. I expected much more from them. Same goes for crystal Palace. They were playing nice football in last months and I expected them to win yesterday. Did not watch dis one but since Zaha missed penalty, this loss hurts me even more.

agree for Spurs, but it is probably a lady luck, they lost what they won against Leicester few rounds ago, same outcome
it was a bit earlier, but they conceived two fast goals in late stage, as they scored against Leicester, in extension time

not sure why all thought that Norwich will lose, I have put them to win, and changed to draw near the match, they are in good series lately and play much better than prior to new year

not sure about Wolves tonight, in my head they are favorites, and bookies think different

Yesterday games were a nightmare in results for me,just got that one point from Manchester City vs Brentford game and all others went on different results.Tottenham losing at home was a big surprise in my opinion although we are used to surprises in the Premier League, the other games ended in draws and while I could see a normal result a draw in Aston Villa game surely I didn't expect a draw in the Norwich game.In the end it was a bad week so far for me losing a couple of positions back but the difference in points to the 10th place is the same.

I actually cannot believe that nobody thought Southampton would win? I mean,,, I 100% always pick Spurs no matter what and honestly sometimes I wish I was not a fan because I deep down thought a loss was possible and if according to your analysis, they should have lost early, then Conte really has a big problem on his hands!

So bad run for me and it continues,,, 1 close and 1 exact and this was the favorites.

Not really the most profitable day for me, I had Tottenham ruined sommany parlays for me tonwin either half or not lose but it's just the same old Tottenham 🥺

Only reasonable points I was able to savage from the pool was 3 from Norwich and 1.5 from City.

Managed to salvage a bit of bank with both to score on Norwich game but it could have been so much better.

Just watching Spurs - Saints and I must say it is a great game. Spurs had an initiative at the beginning and missed one sitter but after that and goal it was all Southampton. This could have been 3:2 for Saints very easy by the half time whistle.

What's up with Norwich? Seems they decided it is time to move away from relegation zone. They were looking terrible and I was sure they will be relegated and now they are suddenly looking much more dangerous.

Should have watched that one too, but chose to see City-Brentford, when I couldn't find Villa game (but that one looks awesome too, Coutinho goal and two assists and Daniel James got a brace, almost forgot about him actually). Brentford has 2 good chances but City as usual score (penalty) despite not really getting dangerous on goal. Need Villa to build on that lead though, as got tickets looking safe elsewhere except there.

And exactly, Pukki forgot we asked him to lie down and stop scoring -- Palace blunt on the stats.

The exact opposite on who I saw winning the matches today with New Castle winning over Everton and West Ham beating Watford.
For some reason I did see a Manchester United draw. Because just when you see them starting to get their team on a good run, they find a way to throw it all away. Can't be blaming the coach all the time so Ralf Rangnick wasn't the target the fans were looking at to this match.

I also never expected Newcastle to win against Everton,I thought maximum a draw would have been the best result for them but yet they got what it took to win the game. For me at least I got a correct score on West Ham which saved my day yesterday night and I also never expected Manchester United to draw against a team which in the latest games has a ton of lost games.Probably they took it easily after scoring the goal and wanted to keep the result but anytime you behave like this you get punished in the end,you need to attack to score more goals and secure the victory.

About half of us predicted this and Betwrong even got it exact!

Newcastle was the favorite though. 2.1 odds compared to Everton who was 2.8 or something like this? Which made sense if you looked at the new buys from January, which paid off immediately for Newcastle and yet not so much for Everton. I also only read now from match report that Donny de Beek moved there from Manchester United!

changed Newcastle to win over us close to match, since they pumped a lot of money, and we are shit lately
now Everton is really close to relegation zone, and with form that is sliding lower and lower, it will be a fight to retain record for number of seasons played in top England competitions

United is really lousy, would like to see them skipping Champions league spot

A Burnley upset? Not tonight, please. I have quite a lot at stake for Man Utd to win and to not lose as well, but that aside, I don't think it's going to happen anyways.

I've got United for a flawless 2 Nil win in the pool.

Manchester is winning and it looks the way the are the games right now I am doing pretty good but unfortunately for me it is just the first half that ended.I know a lot happens during a Premier League game and usually there is the action which makes us sad or happy in the last minutes of the games,at least this has been the case in most of the games during most pools we have had meaning these last couple of years. If games end like this and West Ham secures a narrow win I am pretty much I am at the top of the standings for this round.

But this is Man. United who has a desperate defence. at the moment, Burnley seems closer to me to score another goal and take the win. We will see what Ronaldo have to say in this game.
Every time I pick MU to win with a clean sheet, right after that I remember their mediocrities in the backline and realize I was wrong.

In the end draw is all Man Utd will have to settle for, I expected better to be honest and they were only better the first half, Burnley did much better in the second half and deserved the point they got.

You never just can trust this Man Utd team 🙄

Yeah Pam (funny how I still think of that nick). Never give up. 20 points week is not impossible. 2 weeks of 15 points is even going to push you real high up. And there's still the Superbru prize money to keep trying for if all else doesn't interest you (I know, I know, an impossibility but still).

Anyway, picks in way early, not changing them. I noticed Leicester are over 10/1 underdogs to Liverpool... I call that value bet, even if I'm never taking it -- I know it's probably because on squad strength and they got trounced by Nottingham but still...

Anyway, who's up for a Burnley upset (I'm not)?

You sure about this? you are only 24 points away from 10th and we still have 15 rounds to go, its going to be close if you have one or two great rounds. Im currently on 42th, this makes me 41.5 points away from the 10th spot and Im not giving up yet lol. Well not atleast until I win one Yellow Cap this season to atleast get back my buy-in fee
I did not see that was coming, I thought I was far from this number, LOL
Well now I see I have a shot, at-least 😂

Don't quit. There's still everything to play for and that's not even including the weekly free bet. The tables can turn pretty fast in the league. At least just stick your scores in on superbru in advance if you don't have time to follow the games. You can always change them if you decide to resume playing at some point.
I know a few good rounds can turn the scenario but when you imagine you have 100s or points to collect then you lose patience. I thought the same until arallmuus gave me the number. Let's aim for winning some free bets.

If you want to quit OK do so but before make sure to put in all your predictions for all the remaining rounds and you can calmly come and check at the end of the Premier League if you made it at the top 10,and if you did don't call it a miracle because it can happen,24 points just 5 rounds with perfect results for you and 5 rounds with bad results for the vast majority you will be in the top 10.
The idea is good. I just secured round 24. I will be making selections for the rest of the matches by today or tomorrow.
