I will not even comment on the title race anymore. It just looks so unnatural.
After so many years waiting, to smell it already before the half of the season is here is a f**ked up feeling.
I mean, 14 points is too big of a gap. Right? Leicester is not a real contender. Right?
Then why am I way more nervous now than at the beginning of the season? Crazy, no?
Not crazy. When you've led at Christmas before twice, and in history are the only team to have led and not won the league, you're damn well better be nervous! What I'm really happy is that Anfield isn't anymore, and the players aren't anymore, so that's a huge credit to Klopp for having changed our mentality.
Can't believe it's been four years since he said "from doubters to believers". He's done it, and he's signed on for another four more years of it, so we're in good hands.
We'll find a way to win it. I want that 14 points to remind City the entire month that we deserved more than we got last season =p Remember we also meet Leicester this month, so I'm relishing the opportunity to remind THEM that this is ours, we fought for it. Let's put any tiny hope they have of catching us to bed this Boxing day!
