I know they still lost cause they played like shit, but it was precisely OGS's post-match response that made me think they'd lose. I'm not a manager but it wasn't the wording I'd want to hear after losing badly. Not saying hairdryers are right either, but he didn't even seem pissed which... only makes your confused players more confused, and your cocky ones cockier (hence the really wayward Pereyra fancy moves).
It never is with Wolves. I still think Liverpool got a bit of luck on a few games in the last stretch since before Christmas and on other days we'd have drawn a couple of them, definitely if not for VAR we'd have dropped 2 to Wolves. I'm still betting on the Reds of course, with a -1 handicap so if it's a narrow win I push -- they have more cover but it's basically a squad full of players capitalizing on first-11 injuries with Wolves. Though if Boly makes a surprise comeback, our attack will have a rabid defender starved off football for 3 months...
